I love jelly with the ww whip or sugar free angel delight :)
Today I have been much much better. I think the control has clicked now. Just 3 points over my daily allowance and as today was a new start I'm only 3 points into my weeklies. Will be skinny!
 
I tried but I need to do better. I don't drink near enough and tonight my friend has told me that's she's been to the docs because she was getting horrible pains and it's due to dehydration. Due to a lack of water her gall bladder is working over time and is exhausted giving her terrible pain :(
I definitely need to try harder!x
 
I never drank enough water and then my mum told me to drink water like id drink in a pub (im a fast drinker) any way it worked. I used to just drink juice with the kids but I havent had any for ages. I didnt like water realy but I can honestly say I just get sum and drinking it without me realisin g. Who new that water makes you feel good. Try it and see how you do. I just fill up a pint glass and keep refiling it.x
 
Drinking more water is my goal for feb - just a liter a day will be an improvement! Did u find it helped ur weight loss? And do u drink on w.i. Day? Thanx for all the flu tips - I must check my medicine cabinet I might have some unify r some such in there...
 
I think it does help with my weight loss coz I think I was mistaking hunger for thirst so im full up most of the time now. I w.i as soon as I get up in a morn so I havent had a drink.x
 
This month I really am going to try drinking more, Ithink I avoid it as a don't want to have to keep going to the loo. I know that's a rubbish excuse x
 
Haha thats so true!! Im foreva there but im sure it helps my weight loss. God I could realy eat a pork pie and ketchup rite now!!!x
 
I have over eaten today so no more food for me- used 15 of my weeklies but that's why I changed my wi to fri- so I can indulge on a weekend and be brilliantly healthy all week :) and I think the idea of a treat at the end of a hard week is fab x

Me 2. Yeh my w.i is friday cos I strugle the most on a weekend so if I do go off the rails abit I have all week to be good. Just been lookin at chinese takeaway and veg chowmain and curry sauce is 6.5 points. I cant believe it thats lower than my tea 2nite!! Aparantly alot ov people have a chinese as there treat on w.i cos its low in points. Bring on friday!!

Wow that is so low! Chowmein is my fave Chinese dish too but I would normally go for chicken which would bump up the point value. Curry is the worst for points!
 
Discover is the old way, before pro points. Some people prefer it, some people don't. I tried ww a few times years ago and couldn't lose weight, but with pro points I do. Everyone's different x

No its 1 or the other but discover works for me. I cant get my head around propoints.x

Oh I see. I never did it before it was propoints so I guess I don't know any different. Do items have less points and you have less points?
 
Yeh I get 22 points a day we dont get weeklys but if we dont use all our points we can save them for the next day or for a treat at the weekend. A w.w shep pie is 8pp but is only 4 on discover. We just calculate the cals and sat fat to get our points for food. An egg is 1.5 points and milk is half a pint of semi skimmed for 2 points. It works for me I dont like pro points but dif things work for dif people I guess.x
 
Well the weekends are getting so much easier to deal with. I havent had a binge sesh for 2 week! I dont no what im more happy about that im loosing weight and my jeans wil soon fit or the fabjt I dont sit and eat like a big pig when im alone!! I think coz I w.i on a friday I have abit ov leeway at the weekend which to be honest im not going over my points. Had my piza friday nite for my bday and w.i treat and I was so uncomfy all nite and felt sick! It was that bad I cudnt lay on my front in bed, I felt bad but boy was I glad to eat my salads and healthy food the day after.x :)
