Trina we just looked around the shops and had dinner in The Punchbowl- it was the picture of the burger and chips I posted on my food diary

I feel a lot better this morning. I was going to be excellent points wise today and have a few less to make up for yesterday, but I realised I'm out for lunch with my Dad! I can't cancel on him as we've been looking forward to it. So I will try and be 'good' but I'm not overly worried. I can be extra good all weekend and all next week!

Got my cheap ped on today til my new ww one comes and so far ive dun 17000 steps which it says is nearly 9 miles and ive burned 480 cals. I dont no how many ap that would be tho.x
