Hey hun im stil here. Ive got killer toothache and i have to face my dentist fear 2day and im crapping it. Ive txt serena and she hasnt replyed so i dont no whats going on or how she is hun. Ive had a binge eatin week from hell and ive put 3 pound on.x

aww no way! theres nothin worse than tooth ache... when my wisdom tooth was playin me up i was a right grumpy cow! didnt wanna spk, eat, couldnt sleep properly... horrible!
whens ur dentist appointment?
someone said theyd heard off her n shes not well!
ahh u been off it this week then... i cant comment cus i was off it for 8 weeks!!!! lol

3.15 and im scared like a little kid even my mum has to cum to hold my hand!!! Got an eye infection 2 so im just starting a fresh 2day and getting back on the wagon. Well i hope shes ok coz she does usualy let people no how she is. Is she ill or just had a bad food week thats got her down? The app on my fone has changed so the whole minis is dif and im trying to work it out haha.x

Haha yeh i had beef stew it was lovely. Its hard gettin back on the wagon tho after a week of not caring.x

but my minds back in the game now there was just no point before!
ive done well this week... just hope it continues over weekend as the next 2 days are the hardest part wen it comes to diets!! x

Thanx hun. It wasnt as scary as i thort. I think i no where my fear came from tho. It was when i was 7 and i needed a tooth out and 3 people held me down to put the gas mask over my face to knock me out!!!x
