Would normally been weigh in today but I've decided to stop weiging for the time being ang go by inches. Although I did have a weigh on scales on gym and I have put 6lb on! I'm sure this is muscle though as my waist size had gone down 2 inches.
Still gyming at least 4 nights a week and have progressed to the free weights and got myself a personal trainer to concentrate on all the stomach/core muscles.
Also doing pilates and spinning to keep burning those calories.
The diet is still clean, I'm sticking with the 100% natural,nothing processed (except wholemeal pitta bread 1 a day). and not adding fat of kind into diet. Also not eating suger or and sort of suger substitutes.
Still surviving in the real world now and really enjoying my new body and confidence x
