It all starts now...!

Thank you ladies :) I feel crap that I'm not around much here at the minute, life is just non stop lately with work, exercise, boyfriend (oh yes!) and my social life with friends.. For the last month or so, I'm hardly ever home! I haven't even been able to stay to group which I'm not happy with, must find the time.

1lb for my 2.5 award, desperately want it next week.
Pretty soon me and a friend are booking a last minute holiday abroad for a week from 31st August so I'm looking forward to that. Then on 20th September, I go to Italy for a long weekend :D

I will get round to diaries etc, haven't forgotten you all! X

Hoping and praying that I get my 2.5 stone award tonight! It's also taster night so I think I'll try and do a quick couscous salad when I get home after work. Woman of the year held tonight too, which I got nominated for! I'll not win but it's nice to have been nominated :)

My diary is looking rather sorry for itself...probably because my mojo appears to have done a bunk :( I know what i need to do to get it back, it's just putting that into action!

Oh and i've booked another holiday..Majorca on 1st September. with my size 6-8 naturallyskinnycaneatlikeahorse friend!

Well...figured i'd get this out of the way now then from tomorrow i can start afresh :) To be honest, I don't know i've suddenly lost a lot of motivation! The last 6/7 weeks or so have been fairly slow losses, and i think that disheartened me and i stopped trying as hard. Don't get me wrong, I haven't gained weight...apart from this week, where i didn't go to class and weighed at home. I could have cried! :(
I haven't gone way off plan either, but been bending the rules sorta speak..not having third super free, guestimating syns and measurements, not planning my food and then getting stuck in a rut. That's it basically!

The boyfriend has probably messed me up a bit too, think most people will know that feeling when you' start a new relationship and you're just in a happy place..infact, i think i'm the happiest i've ever been. For any nosy people out there (like me!) he's called Kyle and is 25..and i can't believe my luck! We've been together for 6 weeks now and have enjoyed meals out etc but i've been sensible, or we've cooked each other food etc but have done plenty of walks down the coast etc.

I've been ill for the last 3 weeks so haven't got much exercise done. I've stopped the bootcamp as my contract ran out (6 months!) and it holds a very hefty price tag. Instead of that, i'm going to be doing running and cycling..so far i've only done one bike ride yesterday, as I'm still not 100%.

So...tomorrow is a new start, i'll be logging my food like i used to. Please feel free to give me a kick up the butt!!

Lots to look forward to..on Friday afternoon i'm going to Liverpool / New Brighton (The Wirral) for the weekend and i'm home on Sunday evening. Also have Majorca and Italy to look forward to...lets get fighting the fat! :D xx

Busy one for me today..work until 5pm, need to pack my bags for Liverpool (as i go straight from work tomorrow afternoon) meeting Kyle afterwards and then when i get home i'll need to wash my hair etc as I won't have time before work tomorrow.

Nice to have you back! Sounds like you're going to be mega busy today, but just think of the Body Magic with all of that rushing around.

Food is looking good for today. I am hooked on BNS Soup at the moment, yummers! :drool:
 
Woohoo...It's Friday! :D Very pleased with my day yesterday. Can't do a proper food diary today and over the weekend because I'm going away at mid day. I doubt i'll be able to be 100% on plan but i'll be sensible and certainly won't be going wild.<BR><BR>Anyway, breakfast was scrambled egg on toast (HEX B) with onions and mushrooms! x

Well this didnt go to plan! Went over to my bf's and his Dad had done us a full Indian meal, all homemade as he's an amazing cook.
I had 2 onion bhaji's, red onion salad, curried chickpeas and 2 small poppadoms

Chicken korma, basmati rice and a small bit of naan bread.

Bugger!

Afternoon!

WI day for me and fully expecting a gain, it is well deserved! I had the most amazing weekend in Liverpool, which of course was off plan. Going down on the train we had a couple of nibbles and 1 small glass of wine, that night we had buffet type food, and more wine. The next day i had a BBQ chicken wrap and salad and for my evening meal i had garlic mushrooms with crusty bread and thai curry. That night i had sooo much to drink!! Sunday called for a full english to feed the hangover and a sandwich that night when coming home on the train.
See above for unplanned meal last night.

Well as suspected i had a horrific gain last night..3.5lbs over 2 weeks. It is dissapointing as i've only gained once or twice since i started but at the same time, i knew it was coming and tbh..it was worth it!

Raring to go this week :)
Damn, bloody eat natural bar! Got peckish mid afternoon and had forgotten to pack my fruit. Ah well, still within syns!

Don't be too disappointed with your gain hun. It's not that horrific - a couple of weeks ago I gained 4lb in one week!! You've done really well considering. Glad to see you're straight back on it. That 3.5lb will be gone again in no time! :) xx
