I've been so quiet on here (too quiet!) but just wanted to upload this picture. 2 stone down and it's the first time I've been able to see a proper difference in myself :) it was taken yesterday!

Well done on your 2st Award, that's fantastic! And the photograph is lovely, I can definitely see a big difference from your "before" photograph. You must be chuffed :) xx

Deary me. Apologies for my absence! Long story short i missed 2 weeks of WI. The first week, I had plans with friends so couldn't go. That ended up being a bad week as i was also away for a couple of days. Missed the 2nd one as I couldnt face going (not like me!) I weighed myself at home later that week and the result was pretty shocking! Glad i did it though as it got me back on track.
I went on Tuesday and had lost 2lbs since the last time i was there. So technically, i lost about 7lbs..lost all of what i gained at my 'away' period and 2lbs less than what i was when i last got weighed there. Well back on track now though!

A week on Sunday, tons of groups in my catchment area have an event on at an Indian restaurant on Gosforth High Street. They've designed a low syn / free menu and we're taking over the restaurant for 2 days (different sittings) tickets only £5 and its like a buffet. Bargain! I've decided to go on the evening of my Race for Life- nice little reward :) All the stuff is going on their takeaway menu too, so that's pretty cool! Away to update my stats etc :)

STS tonight so giving myself a very big kick up the bum as I should have been in the 13s by now. Here's to a fab week!!

Thankyou :) The last few weeks i've started dating this guy and we're going to an italian called Nino's tonight and then for drinks. Will be totally on plan apart from that so hopefully some damage limitation lol x
