Hi Joanne! Just catching up with your diary. How exciting is the fast/5:2 diet?!!! If I wasn't breastfeeding I'd be all over it! When I get to target I'm going to experiment maintaining using this plan, I read that if you don't want to lose weight you only need to do one fast day! If I have to fast one day a week and have a normal healthy(ish) diet the rest of the week with the odd homemade dessert, I'd be one happy bunny!!! Have fun and enjoy your diet!
Thankyou! Yep there are lots of people who've lost their weight beforehand, or on 5:2 and are able to maintain by doing one Fast day a week. Great eh?! It really does suit me perfectly aside from the fact I wasn't eating "normally" over the long weekend Back on it now! xx
