Friend just asked me if i was up for going out tomorrow night- answer was a straight out sorry, but no

1) I want a good loss next week
2) Me being the ever cool 22 year old I am, I can't be assed. Planning on a nice bath, face mask, candles, nail painting etc etc!
3) My bank account is looking a bit sad!

Such a nice day up in the toon, sun is shining and not a cloud in sight!



Might head down the beach and do some walking, would be a shame not to enjoy it (such a rarity!)

Your food is looking SO good Joanne! Like amazing )) i am loving the McMuffin idea. I don't have the mufins but i'm going to have a similar mix on my wholemeal bread toasted, can't wait! I can't wait now.

Thankyou! I'm really back into cooking and trying different things- I was getting sooo bored of eating the same meals, even if they were nice. Have plenty more what I want to try out! xx

Hunters Chicken for tea tonight. Well and truly stuffed. It went down well with everyone including my very fussy plain-food-eating brother. He even liked the Pork dish yesterday. I'm on a winning streak lol! xx

It's in a foil dish it's well late for dinner, but I wasn't hungry till late. Probably should have just had an omelette xx

Morning! Woke up at 8.30 again this morning..not impressed, I like my lie in's when I can! Just eating a toasted muffin for brekkie now, dinner will be a chicken roast which will keep me going til 7ish...dunno what I'll have then?

Cravings are the devil! I soo want a proper cheesecake. A banoffee one at that! Was seriously gonna go and get one and then thought it's only 11 weeks until I go to Italy. Holy cow balls! I don't want to be walking around in shorts with my thighs sticking together. At the overnight spa trip, I don't want to be embarrased in front of friends! So, now's a good time to plan foooood for the week. Sat with tons of books, recipes and foodie blogs. Cheesecake will sadly be staying on the shop shelf!

Aprica in the Alps My friends family have an apartment there so about 8 of us are going over. It's a well known skiing resort but it's a year-round resort too. In the summer it's such a beautiful place! There's loads of places around it too, we hire 2 cars and go exploring. There's some lovely towns around too and they're not at all commercialised, they're all places where Italians go for their holibobs!
