It all starts now...!

Oops, not reported in for a couple of days! Lost 2lbs of the holiday gain so that's something :) food wise, we've been eating in the sunshine every evening which has been lovely and usually involving something from the BBQ - made some lovely marinades! Not tonight though, having seabass with chilli, garlic, lime & coriander served with boiled potatoes and green beans.

Went to Pilates last night - first time pre holiday and it was good! Once it cools down a little bit, gonna do the Zumba class too.

Been busy at work as I'm doing all my insurance training - can be a bit mind boggling! Hope you're all good..aware I need to catch up with diaries again!

Sorry for my disappearing act girls! I'm alive and well :) just not been getting round to posting! Especially the last 4 weeks, I've been up and down the country doing one thing of another..Essex, Norwich, Kent and Bridlington to name a few places! Work is going fab, I love it..so much happier in general :)
Food wise, I had 1 bad week in between but well back on track now. I have weeks of food pics on my phone lol, so will attach some of them!

Exercise...I do Zumba and Pilates. Remember I used to do bootcamp for 6 months? I stopped as it was crazy expensive but the PT posted on Facebook as he's doing a weight loss study and wants to train 20 people for free, 6 weeks, mon - fri 6.30am - 7.15am..expected to lose about 20lbs. Yep I am totally crazy lol but such a good opportunity so I'm doing it :)

Today:

Weetabix and SS milk

Mixed bean tuna salad

Marinated chicken and spicy veg rice

Snacks- melon, Special K biscuit moments, tracker bar.

Will try harder to get on here more xx

Glad you're still in the land of the living & love the fact you've still managed to take photo's of your food x

That's one habit I just can't break haha! Having a quiet weekend, this is the first one ive had at home for 3 / 4 weeks! Late morning I had a bacon sandwich, didn't have any dinner though I had a fruit pastille ice lolly lol!
Just making tea atm.. My fav pasta bake and homemade garlic bread. Yum!

LOVING the idea of the free training...keep us posted on how you get on! Is it 6.15 - 7am EVERY DAY for 6 weeks (mon - fri)??? That's flipping hardcore!!

6.30 - 7.15 Monday to Friday yes! Think I'm mental :/ will hate it when my alarm goes off but hoping it'll be worth it at the end! Xxx

Saw a tip on p in terest today about putting some money in a jar each time you worked out, you would collect a fortune over the next few weeks!

Good idea! There's a refundable deposit I put down for it and when I get it back, gonna put it straight into my savings acct. In November me and 2 friends are going on a 2 night / 3 day Champneys break. Some treatments are included but we're gonna make the most of it and book extra- this can help fund them! Xx

Velvet crunch

Tea

Spanish stew (chorizo, bacon, onion, peppers, mushrooms, chillies, garlic, chopped toms, butter beans) with 2 slices of this sunflower seed and honey bread.
