right so how I've been doing! The 6 week program finished yesterday. I didn't lose 20lbs but no one did, 1 was really close. I lost about a stone which I was really happy as I had pretty much stopped losing tbh. The group of people I train with are great and Christina, our trainer is just amazing. We can all do so much more and still manage to laugh (even when dying lol) such a difference from day one. I'm staying on too, but stopping from mon - Friday to 3 days.. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I followed the food plan properly for 4 weeks or so but then made some changes..I was getting bored of the same stuff. Just little things like porridge every weekday for breakfast (after protein shake) I just couldn't always face it so I either had that, fruit and yogurt or scrambled eggs which we were meant to keep for the weekend. Dinner too.. Weekdays that was always a salad, but I've starting getting soup from work, which is all made from scratch. I found it hard get all the snacks in!
The plan now? Keep what I'm doing for the moment...if its not broken, don't fix it
