So here we are, weighing more than I ever have before, back on SW again, but DETERMINED that this time both the weight loss and the eating plan is for life!
i thought I'd write a food diary so I can keep track of what I'm eating, what works and what doesn't for me, and hopefully help others out with new ideas. I know that reading other people's food diaries has helped me so I hope mine can help others too
I joined SW tonight. Monday evening will be my regular group and I'll try and write down my food here every day as well as weight changes for the week.
