Hi guys well i couldnt manage getting back on plan, the taste of the shakes are knocking me sick. I have decided to give cambridge a try as there is more variety and they have the tetra packs for on the go. Important as my new job is as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and involves 24hr care. I wish everyone luck with their respective journeys. Xx
