sugar free jelly = 0

Dinner

2 x thick ww bread = 2
corned beef 2
mayo light = 0.5
lettuce, tomato, spring onions = 0

Snacks

ambrosia apple crumble pots = 3.5
hot chocolate with milk = 2
monster munch = 1.5

allowance 22 had 19.5 still 2.5 left and 5 rollover :D

Home made shephards pie with mash = 9
Yorkshire puds = 1.5
all different veggies loads = 0

Snacks

Hot chocolate = 1.5
Ambrosia crumble puds = 3.5

Allowance 22 had 23.5 stole 1.5 from leftover from week still got 1 saved :D

120g pasta = 6
chicken breast = 2.5
turkey rashers = 1.5

malteser bunny = 3

Allowance 22 had 21.5 half left and remaining 1.5 for tomoz

ww quiche lorraine = 5.5
lettuce tomato spring onions cucumber = 0

french fries = 1.5

Allowance 22 used 23.5 had 1.5 over from week need to use as new week tomorrow
 
Day 29 24/03/2010

Lost 1.5lbs so thats 6.5lbs in 4 weeks and pretty happy with that :D

Also had 24 allowance and didnt eat till later at night where i had few crisps, did do dinner fish supper but had one mouthful and thought it was tasteless and gave it kid, had some chocolate a few bacardi's so was within limits so had an off day today but drew a line and back to normal tomoz :D:D :flirt2:

Snacks

hot chocolate and milk = 1.5

Allowance 24 had 22.5 so 1.5lb carried over

hot chocolate with milk = 3.5

Allowance 24 had 21 so 3 left over for tomoz

2 pork loin chops = 5

Allowance 24 had 22.5 1.5 left from today = 5 from week :D

Got weighed 31/03/10 lost 1lbs so 7.5lbs now woop woop im happy :D

Weigh in day

Had loads of stuff but within points allowance as got weighed at 1pm so didnt eat till after that

Cant remember what i had now as im filling in for past few days as had poorly arm so hurt to type, still no better but on painkillers atm

Oh yes had some chicken wings from chippy which tbh wasnt nice lol and 2 crisps and aero so within points

Weigh in day today so had nothing until afternoon after got weighed had cheeseburger and chips but didnt eat the chips they were nasty :mad: so i will point what i had my allowance of 24 today and i sts at weigh in, im putting them down to painkillers and eating to much crisps, like im eating this week grrrrr :cry: just wanna feel better :(
 
aww hun, hope you feel better soon. A sts is still good.
