Right had dinner and but not had breakfast yet, so dunno if ill be able to eat the omlette or just had cereal for supper grrr not sure yet but if i get hungry earlier then i will have my dinner earlier and hopefully omlette at 8 ish so maybe not to late and more filling than cereal i suppose.
I couldnt believe yesterday that i didnt feel the need to go and eat loads from chippy i was happy with fish and mushy peas and really enjoyed it go meeee lol
Feeling good about ww atm, i think getting pass them first few weeks is hard but ive done it, and to think half stone in 3 weeks is blooming good going for me so im gonna keep going. Normally when i get into the next stone bracket it all goes pear shape been to 15st 13lbs a lot of times but i have to focus on looking better at egypt not like this, because its all inclusive and i dont wanna be bigger when get back, but i know ill put on but it wont be more to shift if ya get what i mean.
Kids break up soon oh my :cry: so a stressful 6 weeks arggghhh and eldest going caravan for the summer with nana.
Omg ive gotta go just had phone call and emergency with brother grrrr, so god knows now what im eating today but will put my menu ive put down for today ffs WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
