Just had a banana and warmed my chicken and sweetcorn soup up for dinner.

BLT on 400g bread (HEB)
2 tbsp ex light mayo (1)
Another apple!

And I'm still hungry!!!!

I did keep it up, I ended up with a chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce too! Boyf going to the shop to get some chicken now so I can make a salad! I just can't stop, it's not because I'm eating for the sake of it, my tummy genuinely feels hungry haha, may be I'm losing alot of fat today!

Still on 4/15 though

Think I had 6/15 yesterday..

Today I've had breakfast again at 8am

1 Alpen light (3)
Banana and a coffee

Just had BLT on wm bread (heb) with mayo (1) and scrambled egg.

I had a milky bar earlier (3.5)

Going to do tea soon, don't know what to cook though. I'm not feeling too good :( every time I sit down I get a movement under my ribs on the right, it's not painful i just want to know what the bloody hell it is! Like there's a ball rolling around under my ribs "/

I had everything I planned and then had two starburst and a bit of some sweet mash when I got home out of the pan with a cuppa tucked in bed ha! Xx

My fella back in work so my days are boring now, I hate cooking for just me! Think that's why today has been so simple lol. That and I need to shop! I'm tucked up in bed too. Weigh day tomorrow!!

Yeah. Just had two starburst at work Cos we stayed back the girls had sweeties to get us through! I had some jelly cherries but left them in my locker so I couldn't get them lol!
Aw I think I'm gonna skip weigh in tomorrow... I have a feeling I've crept back up to 14's! Eeeeek xx
 
Aww.. I'm too nosy to miss weigh in but I do it at home lol. I still need to get out of bed and weigh myself.

Forgot to say I went a kids party last night and didn't touch any party food or cake! I deserve a little loss at least lol.
 
-1lb this week. I'm happy with that but hoping for bigger next week :)
 
14st 3lbs. My Boyf has lost 1st 1lb in less than 3 weeks!! We're eating the same. Ah well as long as its going down I'm not fussed. 1lb a week is 3st ish in a year. Only need to lose 2st 4lbs.
