Jade's Getting Slim for Summer 2013

Well done on your loss this week hun - 2 lbs off is fab! I'm hoping for the same next Monday, although 3 would put me in the 9s, which is what I really want!

You're super brave posting those photos. There's a definite difference so you should feel really proud. It's amazing how quick you see the results with SW. Love it :)

Wow the difference is huge! Well done hun!! it must be such a satisfying feeling looking at those photos....cos its hard to see the difference every day and see just how far you've come...but then when you put two photos side by side like that....its so clear that your hard work is paying off! good motivation to keep going too?! :D I'll look forward to seeing the next one in another 6 weeks!

I think i would die if anyone else saw those photo's as i still feel huge but i know we are all here for the same thing. The photo's have given me the willpower to carry on as i know i will see the body i've always wanted if i carry on!
 
23/04/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Having one of those days today where i just want to eat everything in sight but last nights 2lb loss is keeping me on track. My holiday is only 10 weeks away now and i want as much off as possible by then!

Breakfast - Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, 1 WW Vanilla yogurt

Lunch - 4 Ryvita Original (hexb) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa) and cherry tomatoes, 1 WW toffee yogurt

Dinner - Pasta n Sauce Cheese Leek & Ham (1syn) with added sweetcorn and mixed peppers, served with side salad (cucumber, tomatoes, celery, pickled onions)

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke, 1 Babybel Light (2syns)

Total Weekly Syns - 3/70

Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic)

Well done on your loss and progress pics Jade! There is a definite difference and that's only after 1 stone, think how different it will get further on! Food looks yummy but do you know get hungry without snacks? I wish I could just have 3 set meals! X

Thanks huni! I have to admit, I forgot to take any snacks to work today so I did get a bit peckish but managed to avoid the work biscuit drawer. Hope your ok! x
 
24/04/2013 - Green Day

Decided to have a green day as i wanted two healthy extra's!

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (hexb) with 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexa), blueberries

Lunch - Salad box (celery, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion) topped with 2tbsp Tesco Light Choices Balsamic Dressing (1syn)

Dinner - Pasta n Sauce Cheese, Leek and Ham (1syn) with added mushrooms and 30g cheese (hexa), 2 Ryvita Fruit Crunch (hexb), 1 WW Toffee yogurt

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke, 1 banana, 2 Snack a Jacks Jumbo Chocolate Chip (6syns)

Total Weekly Syns - 11/70

Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic)

awww its so motivational isn't it, i wish I'd taken pictures but I suppose I still can?? I MUST remember to take my measurements because I think its really important to find out where the weight is actually coming off!! hope you've had a yummy dinner :) xx

Completly agree with taking your measurements, i really wish i had done this too! hoping my calves slim down as i hate them so much! x

Mmm reading about the jumbo choccie snackajacks is making me fancy some...will have to have a look in sainsburys later I think!!

25/04/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Felt pretty rubbish last night but my OH managed to keep me away from the chocolate and i decided to make it into a green day so i could have an extra set of healthy extra's. I ended up falling asleep at 8pm and slept right through until 6:30am so i must have needed it! Feeling much better today :)

Breakfast - 2 Alpen Light Cereal Bars (hexb) broken up into cereal sized pieces topped with 1 WW Vanilla yogurt and strawberries

Lunch - Mug Shot Spicy Tomato (couldn't believe how hot these are!), 1 WW Toffee yogurt, 1 apple

Dinner - Subway cheese salad bowl (30g cheese (hexa), lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, gherkins, red onion, green peppers) topped with honey and mustard dressing (2syns)

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke

Total Weekly Syns - 13/70

Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic)

Me too, they are the best! Why anyone would want to buy shop bought ones when they are so easy to make and taste better is beyond me, and plus you don't have to worry about eating horse if you make them yourself!
I haven't seen the new Mugshot's but oh my god i need them in my life, where did you get them from? x
 
I've seen people say they found them in Asda, I didn't find them in Tesco last night but my C said she found hers in Sainsburys so gonna try there tonight I think! X
 
I didn't get in till 7:30pm tonight and the OH fancied Subway, so will save the burgers for tomorrow night. I had a cheese salad with honey and mustard dressing. Will add to my diary now.
 
I also need new Mug Shots in my life! Will have to go on a hunt!
