29/04/13 - Extra Easy Day
Happy Monday ladies!!! It's weigh in day today and i'm hoping to have least lost the pesky 0.5lb to get me my 1st award... anymore would be lovely though! Fingers crossed and i will report back later!
Breakfast - 1 WW Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries
Lunch - Salad box (cucumber, celery, tomatoes, carrot) topped with 3tbsp Tesco Light Choices Honey and Mustard Dressing (1.5syns), 200ml Koko Dairy Free Chocolate Milk (hex a - bought this for the first time yesterday and omg yum!)
Dinner - Steak sandwich (1 wholemeal roll (hexb), steak, onions, 30g cheese (6syns)) served with a side salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucmber, pickled onions)
Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Engery Drink (1syn)
Total Weekly Syns - 41.5/70
