26/04/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Happy Friday! And it's payday too which makes it even better :)

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (hexb) topped with 1 Mullerlight Vanilla Sprinkled with Dark Chocolate yogurt and strawberries - threw half of this away though as it was horrible, the Weetabix didn't soak up the yogurt properly

Lunch - Mug Shot Tomato and Herb, 1 20g pack Velvet Crunch Salt and Vinegar crisps (4syns), 1 apple

Dinner - 2 melt in the middle cheesy burgers (extra lean mince, 30g cheese (hexa), worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, mixed herbs, paparika, mild chilli powder) served with a side salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red pepper, pickled onions)

Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Energy Drink (1syn), 1 Alpen Light cereal bar (counting this as the other half of my hexb to cover the Weetabix I threw away this morning)

Total Weekly Syns - 18/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

Liking the sound of the new mugshots! I haven't brought any for ages, there was a point i wad addicted to super noodle, pasta and sauce and mug shots then i got bored but now i want them lol
 
So, I'm stood in the changing room in a size 12 pair of jeans, so chuffed! Can also fit nicely into a size 10 dress... so excited I had to tell someone! x
 
27/04/13 - Extra Easy Day

Not much to eat today and no superfree which is naughty but I have been out all day so I just ate when I could. Out with friends tonight but no alcohol for me!

Breakfast/Brunch - 2 Alpen Light cereal bars (hexb)

Dinner
- pasta with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa) stirred through

Snacks - 1 Babybel Light (2syns), 1 Pasta n Sauce Cheese Leek and Ham (1syn), 1 pack Velvet Crunch Salt and Vinegar Crisps (4syns)


Total Weekly Syns - 25/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

You're so good not having anything to drink...I say that having just spent two nights out on the trot and wondering how I'm going to stay within weekly syns now after all the food/drink consumed!! How was your night lovely? Xx

28/04/13 - Extra Easy Day

Stuck to plan last night and didn't have any alcohol but still been craving all things bad today, tried my best to stay away from temptation though especially after yesterday's successful shopping trip (still on a high!). Also my laptop has died on me today, need to take it into the shop to have it looked at... really hope I can get my photos back!

Breakfast - 1 WW Vanilla yogurt, 1 apple, 1 Babybel Light (2syns)

Lunch
- 4 Ryvita Original (hexb) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa), 1 kiwi

Dinner - roast dinner (beef, boiled potatoes, spring greens, pickled onions)

Snacks - 3 cans Diet Coke, tiny piece of crusty bread and picked at a bit of cheese (let's say 6syns)

Total Weekly Syns
- 33/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

I don't think it makes much difference really and plus i would rather use syns on something edible! My friend who does WW though decided she wanted to comment and noted that i shouldn't have to give up drink to loose weight... i'm not, it's my choice! (Dontcha just hate busybodies!) x

I'm going to take a leaf out of your books...I've decided to try and stay off the drinkies until the wedding in 4 weeks! :) xxx

Go girly!!! I am going to a 30th a week on Saturday so will have a drink then but not much as i wont have drunk in a a couple of months and don't want to get too tipsy too quickly! hehe x
 
29/04/13 - Extra Easy Day

Happy Monday ladies!!! It's weigh in day today and i'm hoping to have least lost the pesky 0.5lb to get me my 1st award... anymore would be lovely though! Fingers crossed and i will report back later!

Breakfast - 1 WW Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries

Lunch - Salad box (cucumber, celery, tomatoes, carrot) topped with 3tbsp Tesco Light Choices Honey and Mustard Dressing (1.5syns), 200ml Koko Dairy Free Chocolate Milk (hex a - bought this for the first time yesterday and omg yum!)

Dinner - Steak sandwich (1 wholemeal roll (hexb), steak, onions, 30g cheese (6syns)) served with a side salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucmber, pickled onions)

Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Engery Drink (1syn)

Total Weekly Syns - 41.5/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

Happy Monday!

Yep busy bodies are really annoying! As are people who know you're on plan but still push you and try to tempt you "oh one biscuit/chocolate etc won't hurt" grr!

Food for today sounds good. Might have to try that choccie milk!xx
