03/05/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Yesterday's food! I didn't eat much as I was in the hairdressers all day.

Breakfast - 1 WW Vanilla yogurt, 1 kiwi

Snacks - Twinings Pineapple and Grapefruit Green Tea, 3 Babybel Lights (hexa), 2 Alpen Light Cereal bars (hexb)

Dinner - Subway cheese salad (cheese (6syns), lettuce, cucumber, gherkins, green pepper, red onion) topped with honey and mustard dressing (2syns)

Total Weekly Syns - 23/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

Haven't been very good with my superfree today as I haven't got much in and need to go food shopping. Went out to Nando's for dinner tonight and although not perfect, I think I made an ok choice!

Breakfast - 1 WW Vanilla yogurt, 2 Alpen Light Cereal bars (hexb)

Lunch - pasta with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread stirred through

Dinner - Nando's Mediterranean Salad with halloumi instead of feta and chicken, piri piri garlic sauce - going to put 30syns aside for this

Total Weekly Syns - 53/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45
 
Nandos sounds delish! I haven't been good one SuperFree today either...but it is a bank holiday so I don't think we should be too hard on ourselves ;-) how's the hair looking...do you keep catching sight of yourself in a mirror and doing a double take?? :) xxx

I like your thinking hun :) will be better tomorrow! Thinking of starting the C25K tomorrow to get me doing some exercise but I'm really nervous about going to my local park as a newbie! I love my hair, my end goal is to be a light brown with blonde highlights but I really like this colour so might keep it for a while. You can't really see it in the photo but its a coppery brown so I feel quite fiery and very feminine! x

These photos make me cringe but I really wanted to take some progress photos on my journey to a slimmer me!

The photo on the left was took the day I joined Slimming World and the photo on the right is me today, after 6 weeks and just under a 1st loss. I think my muffin top is slightly smaller!

Just completed session 1 of week 1 of the C25K! It was pretty hard as I haven't done any exercise since school but I'm determined to carry on.

Awesome well done huni! I always find getting the motivation to do the first couple of sessions are the hardest (I can't remember the last time I went for a run before last week!) how long does it take to do the full 5k? Xxx

Thanks huni, hopefully it will help boost my losses if I keep it up! The app says that you will be running 5k in 30 minutes by the end of the 9 weeks x

Breakfast - 2 Ryvita Original (1/2 hexb) topped with 30g Low Low Cheese Spread (1/2 hexa) and 2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch - 2 Ryvita Original (remainder of hexb) topped with 30g Low Low Cheese Spread (remainder of hexa)

Dinner - chicken casserole with pasta (chicken, red pepper, onion, mushrooms)

Snacks - Solero Exotic ice lolly (5syns)

Exercise - W1 D1 of NHS Couch to 5k

Total Weekly Syns - 58/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 30/45

It's weigh in day today, hoping for 1lb but would really love more! Think I'm close to my Club 10 award now too! Off for a nice country walk this afternoon as the weather looks lovely and Jason's cousin has lent us her dog for the day to talk with us.

Breakfast/Brunch - strawberries, blueberries, 1 170g pot Total 0% Greek Yogurt, 2 Ryvita Fruit Crunch (hexb)

Dinner - cheesy hotpot (potatoes, cheese, onions) - I will call this the last of my syns

Snacks - 1 150g pot Yoomoo Devilmoo Frozen Yogurt (7syns)

Total Weekly Syns - 70/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 30/45
