Jade's Getting Slim for Summer 2013

sounds like rather a manic day! Urgh I hate it when you have your evening planned and then something comes up at work to spoil it! Although getting on a training course sounds good...what is it you do?!

Hope todays a bit better and not so stressy! :) I'm definitely feeling a little more chilled out than I was yesterday!
Xxx

I am a project coordinator for a construction and fit out firm. The course was an internal auditor course and really interesting but it's manic because I've not been in front of my PC for 2 days! x

Sounds gorgeous. I'll definitely try that next time and I would definitely go for the Halloimi and chicken too. I couldn't go to Nandos and not get chicken! lol.

I did the full couch to 5k. It was about 2 years ago now! I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it and I did :)

Well done hun, that's fab! Can you still run for 30 minutes non stop? x

Happy Thursday lovely one! You're having another super-low syn day today - are you saving them for something special at the weekend?

Are the sweet onion Ryvita nice? I have literally, at the ripe old age of 29, discovered that I really Ryvita, so I'm working my way through the flavours! xx

Hi sweetie! I'm saving them for a night out on Saturday, it will be my first drink in about 8 weeks! I've been feeling really picky and snacky the past couple of days so usually find a very strict on plan day keeps me on the straight and narrow (does that kinda make sense?). The Ryvita are lovely, probably my fave along with the chilli ones. I really love them, not sure why people think they taste of cardboard? Have a fab day xxx

You've got waaaay more willpower than me - If I'm feeling massively snacky and don't have anything, I end up eating something I really shouldn't!

I was one of those people who assumed Ryvita = cardboard, but they are so tasty! I'm off to Tesco in a bit to get some more so will grab some sweet onion and some sweet chilli ones if they have them. Perfect for my lunches at work next week - I got in such a rut with Mug Shots, it's nice to find something I can mix things up with! xx

W1 D2 of the C25K completed! It was throwing it down but knew if I didn't go out tonight I wouldn't get into a routine. Omelette time now mmmmmm!

Running in the rain? That's dedication! Well done chick!xx

Food sounds lovely, have a wicked weekend! x

Hi lovely,
Sounds like you have a great weekend planned with lots of celebrations!
hehe yes make sure you pace yourself on the drinkies...you dont want to peak too early and have crashed by 8.30! :)

I was thinking...if you make your day a red one instead and have your jacket potato as your second hex b (I think you can have up to 230g or something, which is a decent sized one) then you wouldnt need to syn your cheese as that could be your second hex a and save yourself 6 syns! I'm no expert, but I think all your other food is free on both days so that should work!? Just a thought...I'm all for syn saving!! :)

I need to get out and do a run this weekend too! Your effort yesterday put me to shame!! :) xxx
