14/11/2014 - Extra Easy Day

Happy Friday everyone! I'm back in work today for another of my 'keeping in touch' days. Missing Emilia so much but i must get used to it as i will be full time in the new year. Really looking forward to this weekend... we have a sitter and we are going to watch John Bishop. Need to be syn free for the rest of the week as I probably wont be keeping track of syns on Saturday.

Breakfast - 1 banana, 1 WW Vanilla yoghurt

Lunch - 2 Weetabix (hexb) with 100ml semi skimmed milk (part hexa)

Dinner - Beef caserole at the in-laws

Other - 150ml semi skimmed milk in cups of tea (remainder of hexa)

Total Daily Syns - 0/10
Total Weekly Syns - 0/70
