Doing national citizen service for a month on Monday though so I won't be updating, first week is at a residential army training camp though so I have a feeling I won't be lacking on the exercise front :p

Had a horrible week, so glad to be home! I kept a journal of what I ate but there were no healthy options whatsoever, the girls I had to share dorms with were incredibly *****y, not going on the follow-up trip next week. I did do quite a bit of exercise though, so perhaps that counters the poor eating a tiny bit, i hate not being in control of what I was able to eat and everyone around me was stuffing themselves with chocolate and crisps 24/7 which didn't help! I'll catch up with everyone's diaries once I've unpacked

Gonna write off my weeklies for the rest of the week, pretty sure I've used all of them and more :p I'll stick to 32pp for the next three days then start afresh with weeklies on Monday!

Hi Jaly! Thanks for advice regarding maintaining! I think I'm there I'm 5-6lbs time. So will Definatly keep up with your diary for pointers.

Do you lose and gain ech week but stay around the same weight? Or do you weigh same always?
 
Aww sorry to hear that Jaly,time is a good healer as they say and you're still young,long distance relationships can be hard!
