Doing national citizen service for a month on Monday though so I won't be updating, first week is at a residential army training camp though so I have a feeling I won't be lacking on the exercise front

I did do quite a bit of exercise though, so perhaps that counters the poor eating a tiny bit, i hate not being in control of what I was able to eat and everyone around me was stuffing themselves with chocolate and crisps 24/7 which didn't help! I'll catch up with everyone's diaries once I've unpacked
