Hey Purpled/Rockchick! Thanks for dropping by :D I don't really eat my activity points as I don't track them, my activity levels are pretty constant so if I continue to lose, I'll increase my dailies by a point or so but I intend on keeping my weeklies the same :)

I'm fine, taking much better to the break up than I did last time we split for a couple of months/than I thought I would, I guess it's because I've expected it for so long even if I have put off thinking about it, keeping myself busy definitely helps. I have a friend who was treated by his gf in pretty much the same way Simon treated me (ie, not having the courage to tell me he didn't want a relationship and just dropping subtle hints/not making an effort to contact me etc) so it's nice to have someone who I can directly relate to :)

Feeling very energetic and a lot happier today, told Sim to pee off when he tried to apologise and felt great for having the courage to do it :) Conducting the survey was very boring but it was nice to spend some time with some of the people I spent last week with, some of them are nice :p Total for today - 31pp, 1215cal, may have something else if I feel a bit hungry later though!

Hi jaly I got sunburn as well on my face I thought I'd put a soothing face pack on it then realised it was a peel off one ouch in my defence I hadn't used it before so didn't realise lol

Hi Jaly,

Just popping in to subscribe and say 'Hi.' I haven't read your whole diary yet, will catch up over the next few days, but have read your first post. Well done for deciding to tackle it while you are in your teens. I think WW is a fantastic way of eating, and although I'm nowhere near maintenance (yet!) I think it's a good way to go for that too. You are so close to target and have done really well since April!

Thanks so much for popping by! :) I'm so happy to have lost the weight I have and have learnt so much about nutrition etc, my family are all eating much more healthily too so it's nice to know I've made a change not only for myself but for the people I care about the most too :)

Yes it's great when loved ones get on board too! I just said to hubby that I think I'll have my brie and ham (today's picnic!) with a salad instead of in a roll, and he said he'd do the same! You can't push them into it, but it's good when they follow! ;)

Do you usually average about 1500cals per day then?

And lol to surveys....I just put my shades in an pretend I havnt made eye contact with survey folk lol
