Jaly's Diary of a Snackaholic! 26pp/day :)

Wow so many intellectual subjects for A levels. I took further maths which is 2 a levels, chemistry, physics and biology, so 5 in total. I wanted to be a doctor lol!! Then changed my mind by the time I finished but I enjoyed them and learnt lots.

I really, really dislike Chemistry so, that sort of rules out medicine as an option for me :p

About 1000 calories eaten today, will probably have some snacks later :) Been invited to the cinema to watch 'Ted' but not really in the mood to go out :p Going out for a meal tomorrow evening at the same place I had my birthday meal so, will use up all of my weeklies on that probably ;P Taking my little brother to the cinema tomorrow morning to watch 'journey to the mysterious island' anyway ^^

Huuuge chicken breast (6)
Frube yog (1)

Snack - 2pp

Weetabix oat bar (2)
Grapes (0)
Chewing gum (0) - had cals from the sugar in it but not enough to warrant a point :p

Dinner - 8pp

Best of both bread (5)
Cheese (2)
Ham (1)

Dessert - 2pp

Iced smoothie ice lolly (2)

Drinks - 0pp

Water
Lemon + Lime flavoured water (no added sugar)
2 cans coke zero

Exercise:

15mins Wii Fit
Few sets of abs exercises
30mins walking

Cinema in the morning with my little brother and his friend, in the afternoon I'm going shopping for a new outfit and going for a meal out in the evening to celebrate my results, busy day tomorrow! Will catch up as best as I can though! x

Aw Kel! I'm a tiny bit worried too, hope the 4lb loss is just a scale thing, will check tomorrow as that would've been a week from the last WI! and, I promise :) xx Thank you! Really need to stop thinking it's okay to eat only 1100/900 cals, I mean, I was really hungry last night from about 10pm until I went to bed at 2 but still didn't eat anything! I feel sick this morning because of it :(
 
Well missy get a big breakfast in you this morning pls and have some chocolate too later on and have a lovely meal you so deserve it! ( nothing low fat though!) xxx

Hi hunny. Do I have anything full fat in ur day? Like milk r cheese? R add butter to ur spuds? Hav a glass of juice r full fat minerals (pop) That'll bring up ur intake with out u really having to eat more. Tho going from 10 til 2 being hungry is not good. But u recognised it so I won't give out :)
 
That I'd totally my kind of food. Yum. Ya can't wait to see what u choose.
U really do need to start eating ur dailies. Frances had some good ideas there. It'll just take practice... :)
