Jaly's Diary of a Snackaholic! 26pp/day :)

My lack of wanting snack food/burgers/kebabs hasn't done me any favours with eating today, I'm hungry and just craving some decent food but really don't feel like a sandwich/picking at crisps/cake/biscuits/chocolate :/

Breakfast (3) - Strawberries, Apple, Cereal Bar, Yog
Lunch (8) - Wholemeal roll, Ham, Quark Mousse
Afternoon (3) - Banana, Granola Bar
Dinner (5) - Wholemeal roll, Ham (again..)
Treat (2) - Fab lolly
Supper (4) - Semi-skimmed milk, rice krispies
Drinks (0) - Coke zero, water, sparkling water, flavoured water
Exercise - 40mins walking, 25mins Just Dance

Total: 1138cal, 25pp, end of week: 16/49 weeklies used.

Breakfast: 9pp/337cal - made an effort to have a big breakfast this morning :) Plus, why not take advantage of the toastie maker while I have access to one! :p

2 slices wholemeal seeded bread - 6pp
Ham - 1pp
Cheese - 2pp

Morning Snack: 1pp/106cal

Yog - 1pp
Apple - 0pp

Lunch (was out sofa shopping so didn't get a chance to have any!)

Dinner (very, very filling tbh!): 9pp/386cal

Broccoli (lots and lots and lots of it :p) - 0pp
Cauliflower - 0pp
Salmon fillet - 5pp
Brown rice - 4pp

Dessert: 3pp/130cal

Weetabix oat bar - 2pp
Milk choc digestive - 1pp

Evening Snack: 4pp/239cal

Natural yog - 1pp
Nuts - 3pp
Banana - 0pp
Grapes - 0pp
Tinned peach - 0pp (200g of it, oopsie :p)

YOU NEED TO EAT MORE JALY: 6pp/221cal

Vanilla ice cream - 2pp

Little bit of walking, not much else :(

Morning hun,great photo of your cousin and his friend :0) I had a toastie yesterday for lunch,probably will again today aswell! They are very yummy! Enjoy your day and the sunshine :0) that's good that you haven't lost anymore weight ;0)
 
Hun!!! I do think for maintaining you need more than 1100-1200 per day. I know your trying and it's hard!!

I eat 2000 - 2300 calories a day (I do A LOT of exercise) of exercise and I struggle to maintain as I keep losing. So if your thinking you'll gain with the extra calories then you really won't.

If your worried about types of food then extra calories doesn't mean unhealthy, I add extra using fruits/nuts/avocado/seeds healthy homemade flapjacks etc

Anyway I know you eat more some days and less others but maintaining needs to become something you can keep up with forever so if you get in a great routine of eating more each day it may be better.

Sorry if it feels like I'm telling you off. I just care!! :)

I know I need a lot more, especially as I'm still growing and such :) I've brought some healthy snacks from home (nuts etc) so I'll make sure that I eat enough! x I'm not really worried about gaining but I need to learn to just eat when I'm hungry instead of telling myself "ah but, i'll probably be going to bed soon" or "i'll get something when I get home"

I appreciate your words and how much you care :) xx I think it was just what I needed to realise how silly I'm being eating so little, I have quite a curvy figure and that's something I definitely don't want to lose! :p As I still track calories I'm going to make my minimum 1500 and eat it no matter what, even if that means eating a whole packet of nuts/dried fruit/15 bananas! :p
