I'm not a fan of muffins generally. I think a lot of the WW stuff is small portion sized, and often that explains why they are so low in points. Actually, often it seems they are not lower in points than an equivalent non WW product, but it's clever marketing that makes us think they are! I've only ever bought their stuff from Poundland where I can get it really cheap! I'm not a fan of ready meals at all so probably wouldn't try them, and low fat yogurts...:yuk:

I find ww branded products ate usually lower pp's coz they're smaller portions. Take their bagels for instance... They're tiny compared to a 'real' bagel
I very very rarely buy ww branded anything unless, like moon watcher, it's on sale

Yea hun make sure you ear at least another 400 cals.. Not sure what your min daily recommended shud be for ur height.. And I know ur maintaining too so uneducated guess says ur only half way there???
 
1500 should be maintenance if I was sedentary I think, something along those lines

Yes, so get eating.. Maybe hav some creamy yogurt r similar.. Something that's light but calorific and still healthy.. You don't want to start eating crisps n chocolate n the likes to use them up...
 
Will go and have some nuts/dried fruit later :) just had some scrambled egg on toast, yum!
I know that's a quite a diet friendly meal/snack... But its one of my fav's.. YUM YUM :)

1562cal, just treated myself to a couple of biscuits and a chocolate cereal bar, yum :)

32/32pp, though, I think 5 pieces of fruit in a day might be pushing the 'free fruit' thing, haha x

5 pieces of fruit is perfectly okay Jaly, in fact there isn't a limit 'cos it's FREE!!
Calorie count is good as well so well done you!
