Jan 1st Starters!!!

That's amazing LOSEITLOU 🎉 It's so rewarding when you see numbers on the scales that you haven't seen for years!! UNCONCERNED I do find that I get nervous near the weekly weigh in. Even though I have been 100% I just don't want to fail. I feel that I have been battling these excess stones for so many years I get nervous that they are gonna stay on my scales just to haunt me 😳
 
Hi all, managed to break into the 15st bracket this morning! Yay! First time in over a year I've seen it on the scales. On day 11 today and tbh been managing ok. Couple of minor mishaps but just keeping the water up to prevent it happening again. Hope everyone is coping ok :)

I started more or less TS on Monday. I never like to post in the first few days as I'm never sure I'll make it through! Anyway, here I am. Who's still on the wagon? WI Monday - fingers crossed.

I'm still on the wagon too. I am enjoying the journey and seeing how well everybody else is losing here. Well done and a pat on the back to all of us losers (in the nicest possible way!!!😆)

We all get those and we're all (more or less) in the same boat unconcerned. I like to keep posting here plenty here - keeps me accountable to you lot as well as myself. :p
 
Week 3 weigh in for me. Only 1lb off today but I did start add a meal week early....not because I was craving food but I was invited for a meal and rather than decline I started it 4 days early. Although it was a roast I did only have chicken, broccoli and green beans 😇 Hopefully a bigger loss next week as my first holiday is only 4 weeks away.

Well done on your loss lexy! Very sensible to adapt the diet to your life - you do have to ge back to your normal life after this! Fingers crossed for more off next week!

Thank you Spinoza. I have had 2 people today say to me that I have lost a lot of weight, neither of which knew that I was dieting. That made it all worth the effort 😍

I am the super car park walker when weather permits this week. I live about an hour away and so it is dark when I leave home, so I stop off at this little retail park when I get there and walk around until I have about 3000 brisk steps and pick up some turkey and fresh fruit. This makes me look slightly odd, BUT when it rains I briskly walk up and down every aisle, which makes me a 'one to watch' for the security guard. I think he should thank me as it means he gets a little exercise too.

How are you doing?

I'm doing well. The exante products I've chosen for this month are not to my taste, but otherwise all going swimmingly. 10 days done. :)
