:sigh:I,ve stayed the same this week. Been 100%, bit upset but I knew it will happen as I didn't drink much water all week. Hoping for a good loss next week.

Just back from my WI and........ i have lost 1lb really chuffed with that especially as i've been on the 1000 plan. I have reached my official goal with my CDC of 10st and now i am working my way up the plans to maintenance and hopefully i'll drop a few lbs along the way but not too worried about it really as this was where i wanted to be from the start and now I am happy to have got here, I never thought I could do it at the start but I have loved doing the diet and am amazed at the results....just going off to do a little happy dance now!!!!
Hi all just had my wi and i have lost one pound this week. I was expecting this as my mind has not been in it. But after a long chat with my counsellor and pouring my heart out with all my fears of food, the scales, and maintenance we both agreed that it Hp time to stop sole source and move up to 1000 and increase exercise. I am happy with my current size and my waist measurements show that i an in the healthy zone. So she is not concerned about me losing any more weight, more me tone ing up and stabblising, and the final half stone will come eventually. Feeling better now i have spoken to her. Well done to all who have lost!

I bought the receipe cards so will start on them - but I am going to ease my self in for the next few days - Hope you hada good time celebrating.!!

oooh what recipe cards? i haven't seen those, i've just been using the ones in the booklet so far, all have been great. I find the best thing to is to plan what i'm having the day before make sure i have all the stuff and write it out so i know what i can have and when. good luck!

Be OK, if i was maintaining, but sh.., i still want to lose another 6 lbs. Losing 3 lbs, i would be estatic, but no, this body is being a stubborn old sod. Please excuse the expletives.

Was going to cancel tonight's WI, but decided i will go.
OMG, hold me up. I HAVE LOST ONE lb. My scales don't show this, but the CDC scales do.
I have to admit that i think my body is probably fighting back now.
When i registered with my doctor 17 years ago, i will always remember the nurse warning me that at 10st 4lbs, i should be careful, as i was approaching BMI 25 and close to overweight.
Today i weigh 9st 12lbs, 17 years older, two kids later and have a BMI of 23.4. So i will give my bod the benefit of the doubt and start wondering if my body is trying to tell me something.
I still want to lose another 5 lbs, but will accept my bod's protests and accept a slow loss if my body still permits.
Still can't believe that i have lost 3 stone.
That's bl**dy brilliant Nibbles:happy096:, i've been waiting for you to come on and update us! I am soooo pleased for you, i know how much that 1lb means!! You should be sooo proud of yourself at having lost 3stone it's an amazing achievement! :flowers: Doesn't it feel like the clock has rolled back!! This is soo funny how we are similar in the things we think about, I have also being wondering why I want to go further than my original goal of 10st, don't want to set myself up to fail now do I, i think 9.7 for me will be a tall order especially now i'm moving up the plans I should be thinking about stabilising and maintaining, sorting out the head (angel/devil on shoulder scenario...where the devil still sometimes wins!!) . I am happy that my home scales say 9.12 which is exactly 3st for me too, and all i want is for the number to stay below 10st as that will be my guide for stabilising. I will be continuing with the mini challenge til the 5th but whatever I am at the end I will stick with and not attempt anymore weight loss. Not sure what i'm going to do without a thread to post on suppose i might start a maintenance diary but it's too quiet over there...we'll see!
Which plan are on this week? 1200 still? i'm doing another week of 1000 and still loving it!!
Hi Lelly, good luck with the books, i have the Gillian Riley one, it's got great food for thought... I agree, the Emotional Eating thread brought up so many questions for me and so much fantastic advice - I WILL get there!!!! Just had weight in, 4lbs off this week, can you update for me?
