Morning all or should i say evening, having a positive day today, made some meals and soups up for the week and going to look at making some desserts tomorrow, still finding it hard to stop myself nibbling on crap, going to make a sw quiche and slice it up for nibbles for when I raid the fridge, which seems all the time.

Tilly our 25weeks old pup is still keeping me busy, going to try and take her to the beech when its goes quite to see if she likes it, will let you all know.

Hello my lovely ...I am so sorry I haven't been around lately, been run off my feet....3 days (69 hours not that I'm counting :giggle:) till we go away and I am so excited ...hope you have managed to sort out your problems my love and I do hope to catch up again soon.....can you PM me your mobile number again as I seem to have lost loads of numbers in the transition from old phone to new ...good to hear Tilly is keeping you busy lol and great plan for the batch cooking and making up snacks, when we get back from our hols, we arrive home the 31st....we are back on plan 110% from 1st September and I am excited at that prospect too.

Hi Everyone, I now want to start again with my journey, I had lost 4st 6lb but put back on 1st 5lb, so now I am going to lose the other 7st with more determination than I ever had before and I really hope you will help and support me on this Journey to help me reach my target, for the last 12 months I have been playing around and need to start to go forward again, I've started back at sw today aswell and hope to start doing some exercising to help me along.

Wooohooo Jane's back...so good to see you, I still have another 8st ish to lose, I too put back on a stone this year, has been one of my worst years with my psoriasis, but I still went to class every week, I was determined not to give up this time..You know I will definitely be here for you my lovely ...Since we spoke last Kirsty had a little boy Harry William Alan Saunders, he is just sooo adorable and my gorgeous little man...well maybe not so little lol...I think the pictures of him are still in my album if you care to look.

Good to have you back my lovely lovely Jane ...hope Chris and Tilly are doing well too xxx:hug99:xxx

Thanks lily, its lovely to hear from you, Chris is just the same and is fine, Tilly is so adorable she keeps me busy, I've just came out of hospital, had an operation for carpal tunnel on my left hand and waiting for a date in about 12weeks for my right hand to be done.

Emma my daughter has finally left her husband, he's been playing away with other women while in Cyprus he's in the army, his mates posted photos on face book, he's threaten her with death threats, kidnap the kids and torch the car, we managed to help her move house and the police is now on alert.

Like you I am determined not to give up this time and its nice to here you will be definitely be there for me with your support, thank you.:hug99:

Good to hear Chris is doing ok...Tilly must be getting big now, how time flies.
I need to get my Carpel tunnel done too, the pain and numbness in my hands is getting worse, I am just trying with all my worth to get the psoriasis sorted out first, but it's very up and down...hope you're making a good recovery xx

I think the last 3 years or so I have been the most determined I have ever been in my life, I will not give up or give in until this journey is completed..I may still have blips along the way or even get a little distracted but I will finish it and I will be here with you every step of the way, you can be assured of that hun xxx:hug99:xxx

Hi Jane. Lovely to see you back. You always made lovely recipes. I am so sorry to hear about your dd. I have had a terrible year with my hubby too but thankfully all has turned around and things are great. It has been a hard slog but it's nice to be happy and at peace for once.

I know we can do this - like you said - just need support. I used to make this syn free ice cream but I can't remember the recipe :(. Anyway, hope to catch up soon. xxx
