getting there slowly
So how you finding being back on plan Jane.? ? What nice things have you made this week and does your husband eat the same as you.?
Finding it abit hard at moment still got alot of junk food in ie biscuits and crisps, but trying not to give in only limiting myself to two biscuits at night with a milky coffee cup not mug size now, the crisp counting my syns even those not at sw its hard breaking the mode of sw thinking, i suppose i am following, been doing it for so long.
For Lunch I had a tuna salad and tonights tea making chicken mushroom, onions and rice. Chris eats what I eat with a little bit more bread etc, hes trying aswell.
I weigh myself today and lost a 1lb, very pleased because not really trying till get better food in, in next weeks shopping.
