When I did Cambridge the last time I went up through the steps properly with no gains and some more loss even. So it does work
I enjoyed going up the steps, getting excited about the new things I was allowed on each one. I always measured everything out properly to know I was only eating what I was allowed. What makes you nervous about it Jo?
I'm fed up with the diet affecting my social life too. It's crazy how all my interactions with friends seem to revolve around food and drink! I'd love to suggest meeting friends for something healthy like a walk in the park - but it's too cold for that!! Cinema is a good distraction, I was at the imitation game last night - brilliant film! Id recommend it, it's been out a while though so you should catch it before it's gone
