Breakfast - Pineapple, activia 0% yoghurt
Lunch - Laughing cow extra light and ryvita crackerbread, tikka turkey slices, apple
Dinner - 2 slices of bread, 3 bacon medallions
Snacks - Tangfastics (4), pringles(7.5), double decker(14), biscuit(3), cherries, latte
Syns - 28.5/105
Bad day today. My mum had her first mamogram since her mastectomy and chemo and the worry has made me eat so much junk! Will claw it back though as nothing planned for the week.
