MONDAY 14th NOVEMBER 2016 - RED DAY

BREAKFAST

2 Turkey rashers, egg and slice of cheese on 2x wholemeal toast (HEB)

2x cups decaf coffee (2 syns)

2x cups of tea, no sugar, milk from HEA

DINNER

Cajun turkey breast steaks with spinach, rocket, watercress and red onion salad.

Water.

320g pot of melon.

EVENING DINNER

Roast pork, roasties sw friendly (HEB), carrot and swede mash, broccolli, cauliflower, carrots and gravy (1.5 syns)

TUESDAY 15TH NOVEMBER 2016 - RED DAY

Bit over my syns today but been in quite a lot of pain and cant take painkillers on an empty stomach.

BREAKFAST

6am Egg and turkey rashers on a plate. Needed to take painkillers so had to eat something first.

9.30am Bacon on toast (2x HEB). 3x filter coffee (3 syns for 1 sugar in each) milk from HEA.

EVENING DINNER

Turkey steaks, rocket, spinach, watercress and red onion salad.

Couple of chicken nuggets baked breaded 3 syns.

3 bags of popcorn through evening and night...been in a lot of pain and have to eat with these painkillers. 12 syns.
 
WEDNESDAY 16TH NOVEMBER 2016 - RED DAY

Not felt well at all today, still in a lot of pain but keeping dosed up. Slept on chair as couldnt lie flat in bed at one point last night.

BREAKFAST

Egg, turkey rashers on toast (HEB)

One decaf coffee sugar milk from HEA (1 syn)

2x Nero Skinny Lattes...I shouldnt have had them but im really feeling crap today and just needed something. Going to try and work hard with speed foods for rest of day to try and compensate. 14 syns inc sugar.

DINNER

chicken and pepper skewers, a grilled chicken breast, salad, peri sauce (1 syn). I was really hungry.

EVENING DINNER

Took son to a SEN get together...needed to eat so had to opt for a jacket potato...smallish so could pass for HEB. Had cheese on as dont like tuna and didnt want beans so 6 syns for that aswell id say. Had a side salad with it and cup of tea.

Bit of a crap day but could of been worse. Hoping the extra bit of cheese and milk doesnt do too much damage.

THURSDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2016 - RED DAY

NEROS skinny latte 1 sugar. 7 syns inc sugar.

2 cups of tea..splash of milk no sugar HEA

Steak, baby leaf salad
Water

EVENING DINNER

2 Turkey rashers, 2 eggs loads of baby leaf salad on toast.

Water.

Home made air popped popcorn with salt 28g 5.5 syns.

10.45am, low fat supernoodles. Yep, you read it right. Noodles for breakfast.

Over did it on the wine last night. Got up this morning and I had no milk for a brew either. Stayed on track though :)

DINNER

Egg and cheese (HEA) on wholemeal roll (HEB)
Finally...a brew!!!! Decaff coffee, 1 sugar (1 syn) Milk from HEA.

Loads of water. Pot of melon.

EVENING DINNER

Making a pan of stew.

Lean diced beef. HEB

Onions
Potatoes
Knorr stock cubes
Pepper

I am new to this group, I have been on Slimming World for four months and have lost 4stn 2.5 lbs. I would like to say how I have been inspired by this forum and the people in it.
 
SUNDAY 27TH NOVEMBER
GREEN DAY

Up really early this morning and really hungry.

BREAKFAST
2 rashers turkey bacon (half HEB), 2 quorn sausages, 2 eggs, beans, one slice Hovis Nimble wholemeal bread (other half of HEB).

2 cups of decaf coffee, one sugar in each(2 syns), milk from HEA.

Taking son swimming, then the park, then home and cooking a Sunday roast, beef, been eyeing it up in the fridge since yesterday lol.

DINNER

Had a jacket potatoe with cheese and salad at Morrisons, they was very generous with the cheese so going to syn it too as well as being HEA so its a 28g HEA plus 5 syns.

Bottle Of sparkling plain water.

EVENING DINNER

Made a Sunday Dinner
Roast beef (71g HEB)
Homemade SW friendly roasties in skin
Carrot and swede mash
Sweetcorn

RED DAY

BREAKFAST
2 turkey rashers, egg, slice of cheese on 2x Nimble Wholemeal toast.

2x cups decaf coffee, 1 sugar in each (2 syns), milk from HEA.

Bit of a hiccup...someone brought, sliced up birthday cake, didnt ask...just handed out...took me by surprise and felt obliged to eat it. It was nice of them but was a bit narked.

I cut the icing off and just had sponge and jam/fake cream center. I'd be lying if I said I didnt enjoy it, but I feel like I wasted syns. Not sure how many, it was small....ill stick to no more than 10 syns a day for rest of week as it probably blew rest of todays and then some.

EVENING DINNER WAS SCRUMMY!!!
Last nights left over roast beef simmered for awhile with 2 whole diced onions in some Bisto Best gravy.

This gravy has always been kind to me. Made up as per instructions on jar it should be 14cal per 50ml serving as made up as per jar. The way I made it, it came out around 3 syns.

Served with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

2x Hovis nimble wholemeal (HEB), left over roast beef, onion and baby spinach sandwich.

Can of lilt zero

Water.
