Sneaks in with tail between legs having regained almost 2 stone
Guess this maintaining malarkey isnt as easy as I'd hoped lol. Have let myself go big time and gone straight back to bad old habits
Decided enough is enough having realised that only 2 pairs of trousers/jeans fit and that my tops dont look anywhere near decent and I refuse point blank to dig out the next size up from the top of the wardrobe!
So I'm back and hopefully I'm psychologically in a better place than I was a few months back which should help with that positive mental attitude
So re-started today weighing in at 13 stone 13lbs which is more or less where I was this time last year :cry: but hey ho still 5 stone lighter than when I started in Oct 08!
Food/exercise for today:-
B - Cereal (2.5), Milk (1)
L - Soup (3), bread roll (2), yoghurt (0.5)
D - Pasta (4.5), napoletana sauce (1.5) free veg
Snacks - Apple (0.5), banana (1.5), pink + white (0.5), crisps (1)
Total 18.5
Walked 2 miles to/from work and 30 mins on treadmill (4.5 AP's earned)
Off now to catch up with diaries if anyone is still here???
