Sounds like Tanya has given you the fitness bug instead of her cold! Well done on getting back to the running and the gym. Good for you.
I'm horribly busy at present so not keeping up as much as I like with you all. No doubt your beloved will be delighted to see you fit new bod!! Enjoy!!

Yesterday's eating was very good, I had a main bar for breakie, then a slimfast bar for lunch. For dinner I had quinoa with apple, cinamon and honey thru it cos I knew I needed some carbs.
Drank......... TOO MUCH as usual lol. Couldn't even tell you how much. Maybe, 10 v&c's? And I remember partaking in shots of sambuca :)
Today then was recovery day. Had to have feel good food. Ended up with a fry-up in a cafe and chocolate.
Back with good behaviour tomoro lol

Yes, yes I have loved it today (apart from feeling a tad rough). As I said my friend took me for the fry-up at about 2pm. Then I had to pop into town after but then I came home, got the fire lit and got into my pj's. Got my fleecy blanked out and VEGETATED on the sofa all evening. Love it :)

Well AGAIN, today started off well. AGAIN I forgot my shaker and just thought "oh well, I'll have to have a biscuit" which turned into "oh well I'll have a turkish delight" which turned into "oh well I've ballsed it all up already so I may as well have a battered sausage supper and start again tomoro". Where the eff has my willpower gone? Please can someone go and find it and bring it back to me :( I miss it and it's kinda useful :(

Thanks for your encouragement girlies. Today has been better, not perfect, but better.
I had a flapjack for breakfast, a shake for lunch and another for dinner. I did have a bit of cake, which is bad but bearable. Then mixed berries with a shape zero and a maintenance bar when I got home. I was feeling a bit bad about it, but then thought I'd prob still had less cals today than the average person has in a day?
Still not perfect, but a brave bit better than yesterday ;)
 
you probably had around 1000 calories today chick. Much less than the average yer but still looking alot better :)

Well I'm going to bed shortly so won't be eating owt else today ;)

B/f back in England tomorrow and will hopefully get a flight over to N.I either tomorrow evening or Thursday :D :D

He'll ruin my eating I'm sure..........
 
Fantastic news Jayne :D we'll allow you a few days off whilst the bf is back, you'll probably end up working it off anyhow ;) :giggle:
