I know that thinking! I see a good result on the scale and that is sometimes a cue to sabotage myself and start eating bad stuff. Clearly there is some issue there I need to deal with... it's as if I'm scared to succeed so derail myself instead.
I'm doing very well this week as well. Since Monday's weigh-in, where I had gained 1.5lbs from the ski week, I've lost 3.5lbs (per my scale at home)! And I've got 4 more days before next Monday's weigh-in... Course, while I'm really pleased, I'm also concerned.... results are good, so I'm expecting my head to sabotage me. Late afternoon to early evening is a real area of weakness for me.
I hope you post your link! As soon as I get the pictures from the ski trip, I will try to post some of those. I know that I felt thinner and was wearing size 16 jeans vs size 18 (my start size), but the pix I did see show a woman who is still obese, so I got a ways to go! I like you using your pic as incentive - perhaps I should print mine and put them up in the kitchen - so when sabotage voice shows up in my head, I can look at them and see that while the scale is going in the right direction, we're not there yet!
