Hi Jemma.. Hope the hangovers have all subsided..
My weekend has totally screwed me for any kind of loss this week and most probably next too.. TOO much alcohol leading to very bold food choices the next day.. And we had a long weekend so it wasn't just 1 night of it.. it was Friday n Saturday stupid drinking, Saturday n Sunday stupid eating and Monday was stupid eating AND drinking.. So 0 weeklies left (after Fridays session) and WAY over my dailies every day since weigh in.. WHOOPS..
Back on track today, gona try get in good exercise this week as well to at least try and pull it back..

You'll be ok hon! Don't panic too much and don't worry about a small gain or a STS, sometimes we just need to live life and have a good blowout. Plus its your birthday tomorrow x
