Jemmas weight loss diary

I have just read your whole diary from start to finish lol well done so far you are doing fantastic xxx
 
I am doing ok happy with the diet so far and lost 13lb in 5 weeks , got a sore back at the moment GP gave me co-codamol and it is making me feel a bit sick so not eating much today I hope i will feel better tomorrow :eek: I must find time to do a diary they are a fab idea and it gives everyone food ideas ;) xxx
 
Ur doing really well!! I get loads of ideas from other ppls diarys n find it easy to look back on weeks wen have had a good loss to see what have ate! Xx
 
Honestly that would upset me too. Was very *****y of her to say that. My friends wouldn't say anything like that to me luckily. I'm really mad she said that to you... You're doing so amazing!!! The rate you're going you'll be back in that jumper in no time! ;) x

Aw thanks Sarah!! I am pretty annoyed iv been ranting on bout it all day to oh saying can u beliveee she said that to mee!!! Lol think he's sick if hearing about it now lol xx

Can't believe it. Its so harsh and unnecessary?! So mean. I'm quite sensitive so that would really hurt me. I hope you're ok. Honestly it sounds like she's jealous. Tell her you can change your weight but she can't fix her face LOL. You're a lovely girl and I hate that someone who's supposed to be your friend has hurt you like that :( xx

Aw ur so lovely Sarah thanks!! Oh said she's jealous but honestly she's like a size 8 n stunning she's got nothing to b jealous of with me!! Dont think she realised that it wud upset me she's very straight talking n the way she'l look at it Is she's just being honest xx
 
You're stunning inside AND out hon. so she has plenty to be jealous of. There is such a thing as being too honest. And that's called having a bad attitude... She's obviously completely arrogant aswell. Least you're a lovely modest girl ;) x
