Edit: I'm raging, I genuinely added it up to be 15 (how daft am I) but thankfully Laura corrected me. Oh well at least it's wi day, will cut a syn out elsewhere...today's total =16

Have eaten way too much but figure it's nowhere near as bad as my biccy binges

Woohoo! Well done Jenna! And don't beat yourself up over 1 syn and a pineapple. That's not eating way too much! Just a generous superfree ratio and 20 extra calories to burn off - easily done. It's not like it was a whole bag of doughnuts and a day's worth of syns! You'll be fine, lovely.
 
I liked baked bean pasta bake for a cheap green meal, just chop up whatever veg you want in it (usually have mushrooms, onions and toms in mine and then anything else I have in like courgettes) boil your pasta, fry the veg, then mix together in a oven dish, add a tin of baked beans and some tinned toms or pasatta if they're needed and top with HEA of cheese. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
