Aww no! Is your boss being an arsehole again? You have more motivation than me, I'd be 'sick' for the next couple of weeks haha. I've just edited my last post as I realised I could have ham on my pizza cause it's an EE day... I kid you not a little squueeeee of excitement came out of my mouth when I realised it!
 
I'm living on the edge ladies...I'm NOT having shreddies for lunch. I'm gonna try and make toast pizza instead. How to Make a Toast Pizza: Step-by-Step Instructions - wikiHow Think I'll add some mushrooms, pepper and onion! It best taste nice!

Edit: OMG I've just realised I can add some ham too as I'm doing an EE day. It is PATHETIC how excited that has just made me.

Sounds good! Do you like the pizzas made out of tortilla wraps or anything? I like them but not very substancial so I do mine using the Warburtons square wraps..lovely :D xx
 
I'd deffo try the Warburtons square wraps if you fancy more of a proper pizza- they're much bigger and thicker than the WW tortilla thingys :D
I'm on a 500 day today so dinner is 3 finn crisps with low low spread and a packet of velvet crunch. Tea is quorn cottage pie and a lemon alpen light bar for afterwards. Still have some spare cals for if i get hungry! :D xx

Even the CEO is being an arse now. They are going to make my notice period a living hell, I think! I'm so tempted to go off sick, but they will probably refuse to pay me, which would be really annoying. Will stick it out for as long as possible, but might have to go a week earlier than planned if they continue to be horrible and childish. Bunch of *****!! xx
 
Yayyy! Jenna! I'm so glad you're back! I echo the sentiment about you being an inspiration - particularly as we're the same height and started at a similar weight. I have been battling with a plateau for months now so I know how disheartening it is not to be able to shift that little bit and how quickly you forget how far you've actually come and get overly focused on the little things. I've found that the more I beat myself up the more I slip off plan, so maybe you need a bit of time pampering yourself (but not with food! :giggle:)

Your food sounds lovely! I'm hoping life will get a lot easier for all us slimmers now the Easter ranges are disappearing from the shelves. I turned into a complete chocolate fiend with no restraint whatsoever and managed to gain 5lbs in a week (with minimal syns and lots of Just Dance I managed to half that before official WI!) I just ate everything I'd normally avoid or make SW-friendly. I think my body needed a shake up because the weightloss had pretty much stalled, so I'm just pulling it right back to basics and trying lots of nice SW recipes.

Really glad to have you back - we're all here, whether you need a rant, moan, pep talk or giggle!
 
Hi Jenna. Good to see you back chick. I can only echo what everyone else has said here & Im sure it must be a comfort to you to know most of us have been 'there'! 'Dieting' can be all consuming, but my only advice to you would be, just enjoy SW, knowing how healthy it makes you feel & look. Relax with it, learn to make new dishes, experiment with food, have a few sherberts at the weekend, have chocolate, take up an exercise you enjoy & before you know it, you'll be in that 'good place' & be happy/content within yourself xx

Ok so today has been good.

Breakfast
As planned, pineapple, apple and banana covered in a muller light.

Lunch
Pizza toast-A and B of cheese and bread. SF=Mushroom, onion, pepper and tomato puree (I think it's SF. If not it's def free).

Dinner
Prawn Stir fry-Noodles, 100g of prawns (I need to weigh things otherwise I eat like it's going out of fashion) and sweetcorn. My SF was carrot,mushroom, onion and peppers.

If I want a snack later I still have a teeny bit of pineapple left so I'll have that.


Tomorrow will be a real test of strength, I'm going out with friends tomorrow night. They're having dinner, I'm not. I'm just going to the restaurant as we hadn't planned for dinner so I'd made arrangements to go out for lunch tomorrow PLUS I'm NOT spoiling my efforts. I'm also not drinking!

The plan...
Breakfast

Baked potato, beans and side salad.

Dinner
Not 100% on this yet. Perhaps a quorn chicken burger (which will use 3 syns) with some veg and beans. Will update tomorrow when I decide.
Snack
2 x hi fi bars B

My mum has been good and has removed all chocolate from the kitchen but I've also given her my hi fis and told her no matter if I sob at her feet (I'm unsure it will get to that stage but it could lol) not to ever give me more than 2 a day. That way it'll only be 6 syns at most.
