Hey Laura, Glad you're feeling positive! :) Work is going ok, it's a difficult time to come in, especially as we'll be writing reports soon and I really won't be able to talk about all their areas of knowledge as there's LOADS I won't have covered with them but I'm not stressing about it.

3 LM Sausages, 3 eggs (I ALWAYS feel super guilty about 3 eggs but I can't stop myself), mushrooms, onions, spag hoops and b2 of bread

Used 13 syns on choc. So that now saves me from Sunday's over indulgence. Thinking I may live dangerously and have 15 everyday until Thurs and then cut back!
 
Ooh, enjoy full synnage :) I find a full syn week sometimes really gets things moving. Not sure why.

Glad I don't have to hen peck you. I get the 3 egg guilt too when I do it, but it usually means I am still full come lunch time, which is handy.

I'm glad work isn't stressing you out :)
 
Morning, was up and about before my alarm *raging* so I decided I'd post breakfast and lunch before I go to work. Lunch will be in no way surprising haha

Toast and scrambled egg - yum! I never get up in time to make full on breakfasts like that. I'm super impressed with your mixing up of menus hun. I need to sort my breakfast and lunches out - I'm in a massive rut!! Xx

To be fair I haven't mixed things up massively, lunch is consistent. I'm just trying not to have shreddies everyday lol. The toast and scrambled egg literally takes 2 mins...1min 30 for the egg in the micro, then I scoot off to work and my wee mummy washes my plate haha! Have a good day! You're nearly there :)
 
Lol. I do miss that about living at home! Although we have a dishwasher now so I still don't have to stand at the sink :) xx

boil a medium sized potato cut into chunks. drain and mash, mix in finely chopped pepperdew peppers (3-4).

In a food processor chuck in a handful of chopped coriander, a tin of chick peas, 4-6 spring onions chopped, 1tsp baking powder, 1tbsp curry powder, 1-2 carrots (GRATED). Pulse until coarsely ground. Combine with the potato mix and chill in the fridge for a while (overnight if you can, less if you can't be bothered - I often do less!)

Form into patties and bake on baking paper for about 15 minutes.

They're lush. nom nom nom.
 
Will definitely have to give those a go, Fran! They sound yum...I imagine mine would end up as shapeless messes haha!

Morning, day before weigh in...I hate the day before weigh in. I feel guilty about bloody everything, which you wouldn't believe given the breakfast I've just had.

2 x LM Red onion and rosemary sausages, onions, mushroom, B1 of bread, spag hoops and 1 egg. I showed a teeeeeny bit of restraint by only having one egg.

Lunch
Fruit salad-pineapple, apple and a banana topped with a muller.

Dinner
Philly pasta bake with tuna-B2 (A1and A2 of cheese) 4 syns

You do make me giggle! last night I did experience 'the guilt' yet what I ate was either superfree, free or my HE. I made paprika sprinkled potato wedges and the minute they came out the oven I sliced the centres and popped in a slither of mozzarella into each and tucked into that with fresh tomato wedges, cucumber sticks and my HE allowance of grilled pepper light philly as a dip. Best of all I finished off the night with a chocolate bar as I hadn't used any syns all day :D have a great day and don't worry! you've lost over half a stone the last two weeks so relax and wait to see what the scales say (and if they happen to be in a bad mood tomorrow forgive them til next week :p)
