Jenni's diary: Given up chocolate!

Mnn its Friday so exam day. How did it go Jenni? Hope you're Ok and can allow yourself a bit of a treat tonight. Catch up with you tomorrow.

His stuff makes a LOT of sense, it's basically teaching you how thin people eat.

Not quite on the straight and narrow :p but getting there, think I might do Core for a bit for a change.

Oooh my exam went really well :D everyone thought it was quite easy. Finished with 30 mins to spare, so I checked it, rechecked it, and then sat there for ages, bored, so I decided to go over some Further Pure 4 revision in my head :p

That's uncanny....that's EXACTLY what I do when I'm bored too :8855::8855:

Glad the exam went well for you Jenni.

glad your exam went well chuck! xx

What you doing at uni? :)

xx

MSc Forensic Psychology. :) I've done a BSc Psychology and a Dip (Psych) Psychology so well on my way to killing myself through study! So I feel your pain. :)

Blimey! I don't think I could spend that long studying - Jon's doing an MSc all at once, I told him I'd never do that cause I couldn't stand 4 years at uni :p 3 years is enough I reckon.

I have an invite to an open day at Sheffield, woot :) going to go and see what it's like, though I don't think I'll end up there.

I just pointed up everything I've eaten today.

I've had a (big) bacon sandwich, a big stir fry, a (small) piece of choc cake and a hot chocolate and a mini Milky Way...

18 points :eek::D

I have stuck to my points for the first time in aaaaages and I've eaten whatever I wanted, haven't felt like I was missing out (I've had choc cake!) and I haven't felt hungry, and I've stuck to my points.

Seriously, this Paul McKenna guy has a lot to answer for.
I'm excited about going for a walk tomorrow, I can kill my chocolate cravings and I'm eating what I like.

Jeez, it's like someone replaced me with a better me, lol.

Woo, new dress :)
Can't decide between wearing the belt or not - I'm thinking with the belt cause it makes my boobs look humongous :p

I'm feeling optimistic about today, it's someone's birthday party later and I'm hopefully going to stick to Diet Coke, and I'm DEFINITELY not going over my points. :)

All the talk on Rosie's thread about exercise DVDs has got me thinking. I might try Davina's super body workout, it looks quite good.

Any suggestions?

xx

Well done on sticking to your points :) I have to check out PMK! I really want hyponotherapy, but that can wait til after driving lessons and piano lessons, and the other things I want :p

I like both ways, but slighty prefer without the belt. One thing I'm really looking forward to about being slim is wearing clothes I really like instead of just ones that will flatter my figure. I love the dress but could never wear it, my boobs would look ridiculous! :p

Yep - 3 years is enough.... I have been at uni for 8 years now without a bloomin break! LOL - oh well, good things come to those who wait....

Like the dress either way but with Jess slightly prefer without the belt.

Glad you're back on track.

Going to buck the trend (of 2) and vote for with the belt. I like the tiny waisted look - and of course, the other look is very nice too if you choose that one.

I must try this taking pics in a long mirror thing. I am totally useless with a camera.

On the exercise DVD front - at least with Davina you feel like you are doing some work. I quite like it.

I really enjoy The Firm: Pilates (from TK Max for £3.99) - not a hot and sweaty workout but great for toning etc. I can really see a difference in my arms already after about 8 x 30mins sessions.

without the belt. no contest. Belt will look much better with a dress just a couple of inches longer, or something more fitted. Lovely dress though, where is it from?

Yep - no belt here.... I think it's a wee bit big...BUT if you were wearing a figure hugging dress it would look awesome!

And get some chicken fillets if u want the big boobies! :D

I know i say this every time but WOWEEEE, skinny minny jenni!

Oooh, I shall see if I can find that one in TK Maxx next time I'm in town - cheap too, I like :D

From ASOS, though it's quite old and they don't sell it anymore :(
When you get to a 10ish, you can borrow it if you like :p

Funnily, it's a size '6' - according to the label, anyway  and lol, I already have the big boobs :p

I haven't weighed myself in 2 days, eek :p
So I'll have my official weigh-in tomorrow :)

I've been pretty terrible food-wise yesterday/today, so not expecting anything brilliant

Hi Jenni; sorry I haven't posted for a while, how you doing with the new pill?

Glad to hear the exams are going well.

Paul McKenna's approach to eating does make a lot of sense doesn't it? What's the thing you did to stop eating the biscuit - is it the tapping thing?

No, it's the squeezing your fingers thing ^.^

But I did use the tapping thing to help me sleep last night :)

The new pill is OK - not brilliant, still tend to cry a bit but it's MUCH better than the old one so I'll try and stick with this one for the 3 months :)
