Right on track, today!
Made a bacon & egg toastie for breakfast, and followed that with a banana and yogurt, before deciding that yes, I would actually turn up to work today...
When cakes went round for it being someone's birthday, HAHA! Jenny dives into her drawer and has two WW Ginger and Lemon cookies instead! They're ok too, not as bad as I had feared, and not nice enough for me to want more, which is good!
Lunch is the Salmon Wedges meal, 5.5 points, and I am totally stuffed.
I have a WW cookie bar for my afternoon cuppa - 1.5 points and so so good. I actually [may want to sit down for this] like these better than a bar of galaxy
Tea - Biker's taking me out for tea, cos I told him to. No other reason, I just made a very dramatic point that he hasn't taken me out since February, bar London, which was a holiday so does not count.
I think we're going to a pub in town which doesn't have a menu online, so I will be sensible there.
My week's plan is a bit messy given the socialising, and the turbulence at work with people leaving, starting, month end reporting, it's a bit crazy.
Monday - Work, line dancing. 22 points fast start plan
Tuesday - Work, overtime, gym if possible but may not have time, out for tea with fella - 27 points full allowance
Wednesday - Work, overtime, gym. Leaving lunch for colleague, chinese buffet. :| Allowing 27 points for the day, light breakfast and a light tea
Thursday - Work, Overtime, Gym & WW class - 22 points fast start
Friday - Work, Overtime, Gym, girlie night out cancelled :'( so 22 point fast start.
Saturday + Sunday - No plans, 27 points allowed, NO ROOM FOR GOING OVER
Then next week to my Weigh In on Thursday - 22 points Fast Start.
I discussed this with the consultant, she said it was ok
Right, better get back to work - Just thought I'd pop in for a few minutes as I am being wined and dined tonight. Without the wine....
