ah is that what they said...same difference! lol!
Have been SOOOO good since the bad buffet before Ultra Vox, been making risottos and veg pasta and been really proud of myself...then my friend came over today....I fed her lots of choc (seem to have become a feeder since I started this WW) then got a Chinese. I had my chicken chow mein with extra mushrooms and felt pretty good...then we went to the cinema...I couldn't resist the pic n mix and kept throwing stuff in, I was possessed! Fudges (which go against my Jewish stinginess) were even thrown in! It came to £4.80, nearly died but obv looked like I knew it would be that much whilst putting the £2 back in my purse and taking out the card! lol! My will power left me and I ate the whole bag! I am now home drinking my tea and feeling a bit guilty...well a lot guilty! BAD BAD pic n mix! On a more positive note Monsters VS Aliens is not as bad as one would imagine it to be, so every cloud and all that!!:D
Off to Largs tomorrow with Sandy so have popped my chicken breast in the oven ready for my salad! :D lol! sad times! (if I have my 2 point chicken salad for lunch tho, it means I can have chips for tea :D)

I choose chips over Ice cream although suppose there can be room for both in life!

At least you could sing along to Ultravox in your own words, best way I think. I knew they were a band but don't know what they sing. I like Snoop Dogg but not too sure about Snoop the Dog. lol!

Congrats on the lb hun.

Hi Jen

congrats on ur pound loss! And have a great time at the seaside with yummy chips straight out the bag -----> is so jelous!

xxx

have a lovely day both at the seaside. Hope the weather is kind.

Jen, there is a certain reassurance in you eating all that pic n mix - makes the rest of us feel better that even the WW queen can have slip ups....thanks. :D

And anyhow, on that age thing...I am sooooooo not bothered that I am nearing my mid 40s. Soooooo not bothered.

ah ww queen...lovin that!

Well, Sandy picked me up about 12ish today...after texting AND phoning to ensure I was awake (perhaps knows me too well) we went through to Largs. Sandy got a sandwich for lunch ( I had my salad for one is a WW Queen) and we sat on the front and ate our lunch. I have never been so cold in my life...even the sea gulls didn't bother us! lol! Still you go to Largs, you sit by the water! lol!
We then found the amusements and spend ages trying to win useless rubbish from the 2p machines...successfully! woo hoo!! After celebrating our success we went to meet Mummy Sandra, Alistair (nae bother man) and his lovely wife. We had tea in Nardins and I managed to refuse a pastry...it was very difficult tho! :( Made up for it by drinking 4 cups of the good stuff! lol!
When we left them we realised it was very close to dinner time...in fear of missing a meal we rushed straight to the chip shop and the inspiration that is the S woman managed to resist the pie option and we both just had chips. They were not as good as I imagined them to be to be honest, its the one thing I have not had since I started Weight Watchers and not missing much. After finishing them I felt really bloated and over full...very strange and glad I didn't get my usual jumbo sausage! lol!
We had a quick look round Tesco..rude not too...before heading up the road to drink more tea and watch the apprentice! Lovely day and all within points, what more do you need in life! lol!

aww sounds like you both had a really good day - shame the nice easter weekend weather couldnt have stuck around for ya though! :p

i think i said already, but still, well done on your pound off this week.. i swear i wont recognise you next time i'm up! xxx

You sounded surprised that you were freezing....you live in Scotland, love - and Scottish towns by the sea are generally freezing - except on August 4th (when its summer!)

Glad you had a great day out - and I agree on the chips thing. The thought of them is far nicer than the taste of them (and the smell) - top tip for chip lovers - this is a bit sad mind....

Take a bag of salt and vinegar french fries (1pt) - put them in the microwave for about 30secs to soften and heat up a little - and voila....some chips....xx

Cant believe you just said "top tip" lmao!! When you back Dozy?

Well done on your weightloss this week.
Hope you enjoyed some yummy chips-but would just like to mention all the best chips are made in Yorkshire...hee hee :D
Have a good week

That's just made me wanna go to the seaside and play in the arcades. lol!
2p machines. YEY!!!

Sounds like you two had a blast.
