Well done you on doing the Shred. I intended to do it pre-holiday but I haven't started yet! Am only 2lbs off holiday target though so am pretty happy with that. Wore a swimming costume and didn't feel like a whale for the first time ever at the weekend! Still feel like I've got a long way to go to target (think final target might come down a little from 9.10) but I'm feeling much better in myself.

Where are you working this week? One of the friends I was away with this weekend is training to be a teacher and he's been doing play schemes every week - think he's been having more fun than the kids although it sounds totally exhausting!! xx
 
I'm taking a p7 class this week, their teachers mum passed away suddenly yesterday so it was short notice.

Lunch
Philly pasta (8syns) with chicken.

Dinner
Stew...never made it before so wish me luck.

Eugh, the dentist is NO banter. It's even worse when they try to have a conversation with you WHEN THEIR HAND IS IN YOUR FREEKING MOUTH! Seriously, for people so smart I fail to see their logic? lol!

My scales are currently the bain of my life, I'm wishing bad things on them. Going to try and eat a bit 'lighter' tomorrow.

Haha. Yeah I totally hear you on the dentist talking to you while they're in your mouth. Yuck!

I'm not a fan of my scales this morning either but hopefully it's just a blip. They're being weird and inconsistent at the moment!

SW Sweetcorn pasta bake

Eeek having a small panic that I've really ballsed up my day already.

This morning I went to a friends house for breakfast, I did tell her during the week that I could only eat something healthy and she was very good and made me a fruit salad with some fresh orange juice poured over it.

In the salad was apples, strawberries, oranges and banana. All good, but I'm worried about the orange juice and the exotic juice drink I had with it. I've worked out the drink to be about 7 syns.

I also had a muller light cherry yoghurt. On my SW online food diary it tells me it's free but when I click on it to add it to my diary it comes up in black font which is throwing me?

I was really wanting to make the SW Sweetcorn pasta bake today to try it but now I'm in a panic that I'm really messing up my intake. I think it's 3 syns per serving?


*Also, in the ingredients or the pasta bake it says you need 200g of low fat soft cheese but it doesn't actually mention how you use it in the recipe? Is it to go on top? Because in the recipe they mention parmesan but that wasn't in the original list! ahh confusion!

Please could someone let me have the receipe for SW Sweetcorn pasta bake

Yes I'll have to start a food diary, kind of using the 7 day starter menu as a guide for my first week, so I'll definitely need the advice after this week!

2 egg omelette, with courgette, ham, peppers, onion, sweetcorn and mushroom. Baked beans too!

Snack
Bowl of carrot sticks!

Not sure what I'll do for dinner...don't wanna be bloated going out but I'm sucha pie that I'll not be able to resist dinner!
 
Hey had a fab weekend but paid for it at weigh in and weight is up more today so going to have to be mega good all week!

Lunch was a big gross mistake! We'd no milk and I only had time to grab shreddies and a yoghurt. The two should NEVER meet. It was truly grim but got my 2nd a choice in.

Baked potato, mixed veg and baked beans!
 
Ahh just got taken out to dinner with the fam. Forgive me slimmers for I have synned. I'm now keekin myself for weigh in! Gonna save syns for the rest of the week.

Pasta with chicken and bacon in a creamy sauce.it had a little cheese and I had 1 slice of garlic bread. I dread to think. Is 40 too much or too little do you reckon?
 
I'm doing the same tonight, Jenna. Belated birthday meal at a fab restaurant. There will be no counting tonight :)
