Diet coke chicken and rice. (SF-Pepper, onion and courgette...forgot to put mushrooms in)

WI in the morning, hope I can get some of last week's gain off.

Philly pasta with loads of sf and chicken. Ok I'm really unsure of the syn value for extra easy Philly so basing it on the 20cals=1syn rule my big batch is worth 6 syns so the portion I've had would be 2 syns at very most.

Dinner
Cod fillet, mixed veg and baked beans.
10 syns.

Total syns 12

That's the most syns I've used in a day in ages unless it's on alcohol! Scary stuff!

Shreddies, banana and milk. Was probably a little heavy handd this morn as it was the end of the packet so we'll say 3 syns.

Carrot sticks and an apple (for no other reason than I was too lazy to make a packed lunch last night).

Dinner
SW chips, 2 ww sausages (2 syns), baked beans and mixed veg.

Total syns:5, though I definitely should be more as I got spray happy with the frylight

Sidenote...my weight is creeping up this week grr!

A bowl of melon, pineapple and apple. A handful of carrot sticks and 2 rocky road hi fi bars. (HEb 2).

Dinner
Salt, pepper and chilli chips (made with 1 egg and fry light), baked beans and mixed veg.

Planning on weighing in tomorrow as I'm being a wino tomorrow night.

I am RAGING! Took 2 bites of my shreddies to realise the milk was off Ffs' left me in a bit of a pickle as to how much he I can have for the rest of the day. Decided I can use about 200ml of my milk allowance for an Omellete for lunch (I won't use anywhere near that) and decided to have two hi fi bars for breakfast (it's the weekend after all)

So 1 he on breakfast

2 egg omelette with loads of super free and some ham. Using my milk for my other he!

Dinner
Trying to eat light but EVERYtime I say that on a Saturday I eat my weight in food! So we will see!


Weighed in a day early and lost half a pound this week which I'm actually pleased with!

Rocky Road hi fi bar. 3 syns. At the minute I plan on just eating one! lol!

In a great mood today. It's my 'Friday' and the school I was teaching in this week, the caretaker runs a SW group from the assembly hall 2 nights a week. I was speaking to him this morning about it and asked if he'd sell me some rocky road bars as obviously I don't go to group. He was so good and went and got me three boxes :) I love helpful, pleasant people :)

Edit: clearly had two hi fis though technically today could be green and I could syn the 1 slice of ham I had in my omelette hmm!

2 hi fi bars and an apple. Was with my mum for a hospital appointment...the town it was in literally had chippies and that was it! (hea2)

Dinner
2 egg omellete, dash of milk (HEB 2) filled with superfree and 2 slices of ham, they were rather large slices so we'll go with 6 syns.
 
Saturday 22nd Sept.

Can't believe I started this diary back in March. I have NEVER stuck to anything this long, it's a real testament to the ease of the plan that I'm still here 6 months later and just over 3 stone lighter eeek :)

Bowl of melon, grapes (5...I have a tendency to over do grapes), pineapple and an apple.

A bowl of carbonara....chicken, bacon, quark (I think it's free need to check), an egg, sweetcorn, peas, peppers, onions, mushroom and courgettes. Delicious!

Bowl of fruit ( like lunch) feel like I've eaten too much today afghhhh!

Well, Weigh in this morning and the scales tell me I'm down 2.5lbs to 9st 2. Was really pleased with the number now just wish my head would catch up with what other people could see.

There is something actually wrong with me...after my heb I ate another two hifi bars! 6 syns! I'm not even hungry I just am full of the munchies today! Not good!
