Oh Jess, you sound so much happier than you did in your original post, so thats great!
It is fab that you have been researching therapists in your area too, in no time you will feel so much stronger, and able to deal with all food situations.
As I have said to others the key to success on any diet plan is mental toughness, if you can crack that you will be fine.
I have been looking through your pictures, you are soooo pretty! You will look even more gorgeous when you reach goal!! Keep this in mind and also put a photo of you at a happy weight up somewhere to inspire and motivate you.

I haven't had much chance to welcome you to maintenance yet, so "hey!!! and welcome over!"

It's great to learn your story, and ok so you've taken a little bit of the scenic route, but you're learning everyday (just like we all are). Noticed we are the same height btw, so interesting to see how our bodies go, mine struggles any below 11 stone from previous, but really going to try :) xx

thanks Alexmummy. Its nice to have someone with the same stats to keep each other company. I really need to get to healthy weight range but can only cope in half stone targets at the moment. Look forward to us keeping each other company for the final bit xxx

I have had a manic day today but no different from usual - tescos delivered the shopping, did the 4 loads of washing I should have done yesterday went over to my Dads with the kids and then came back and my Mum came over and lots of teaching bike riding in between!

TOTM hasnt arrived yet - I reckon it will be a 35 dayer so another 5 days yet oh bliss!

Was on a course all week last week so was off plan - not awfully though and actually only put 1lb on from the Monday to the saturday morning so you can see I wasnt too bad (as my friend Julie on here will verify when Im good Im angelic when im naughty boy do I go for it!)

So I have had a good study of all the plans and Im going to do 1500 with an odd 1200 day if I fancy it depends on how hungry I get. will have lots of little meals as I have found this week being off plan that I feel pretty full pretty quickly which is really good!

So official weigh in day is tomorrow and that is going to be my starting point.

Am off to do the ironing now oh joy and the aim for this week is to read everyones diary to keep inspired and on track

Good luck with your new start on 1500 tomorrow. Let us know how you get on with it. I'm so nosey wanting to know what everyone thinks of the different plans!!!! It's like a light at the end of the tunnel lol xxx
 
Morning everyone - its only a quickie as I have to get ready for work, but scales are yucky this morning obviously being off plan is catching up and to get to the next stone is going to be 11lbs instead of 8!!! and the aim is to get that off over the next 6 weeks of the hols.

Quite honestly though I deserve it and I havent had ANY water for about 2 weeks now getting my stash of diet coke down me so I'm hoping a bit of that is water retention coupled with TOTM water retention. probably TMI but can feel stirrings so reckon TOTM will happen today.

Have prepared my water, tetra, fruit and Yoghurt for work so thats me sorted till tea time and then see how I feel then, but seeing the scales made me think may have to do 810/1000 for this week to give me a good whoosh then from next monday work up to 1200.

I know with me when I have PMT I want to do the dieting thing slowly and when I havent its let get it off ASAP.

Lets see how today goes and I will be back tonight.

Food Diary
Brex - hot choc tetra made up to 500ml with hot water
Lunch - Strawb tetra, yoghurt, nectarine, 3 apricots and a massive plum
Tea - TBA
AIM - 2L of water in day

Hope today's been better. Icky scales during TOTM. I was going to say it's a shame our scales can not tell us our weight without the fluid retention but then I can't delude myself I'm carrying about 3 stone of fluid at the moment!

well people Im pleased to say I stuck to 1500 cals - not quite so much the CD way and I wont mention 'exactly' what I ate but I was still in my cals - I had some things I had planned to, but some of my fruit had gone off so couldnt eat it but still had 2 shakes, 1L of water fruit and yoghurt, but tea went a bit haywire - but still within 1500 so am impressed with myself.

Because my fruit went off I have just got back from Sainbury's as they have a special on at the moment where its 2 punnets of fruit for £2 and 2 punnets of nice juicy strawbs for £4 so snapped some of those up and bought some salad (ju - dont faint I know its unheard of in my household!) and some fat free salad dressing so Im all prepared for tomorrow now.

Work was manic today but am off tomorrow with my kids and we are getting together with some friends from school so am looking forward to that and I can be good as the friend we are going with did Lipotrim so wont force me into eating so thats good.

got a banging head at the moment so am hoping that goes tomorrow and TOTM did arrive thank god so no more PMT for a month yippee!

Will be back in the morning
Aim for tomorrow is 2L of water AND to read everyones diaries..........

Morning everyone lovely to see you are all well and unfortunately my banging headache still here. Im not one to have headaches and its not me going into fat burning cos Im not SSing and what I ate yesterday to make up my 1500 definitely featured carbs so I reckon its one of two things - either caffeine withdrawal from the diet coke OR its TOTM related - I hope not and I hope its not going to happen every month!

Another 'unfortunately' I succumbed to the scales this morning, but was after my scrummy hot choc and I had actually lost 2.2lbs since yesterday -

WWWHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEE - I know I shouldnt have done but I think I needed to prove to myself that drinking diet coke is BBBAAADDDD and need to drink water to stop me retaining fluid!

So I wont go on again till next monday now I have had the confirmation I need.

Ive got to go and get ready now cos Im taking the kids out with a friend for the day so will be back later but Katy and Julie I PROMISE I will be 110%.

Ju sorry havent texted yesterday was manic and then this morning as you can see from this post too much for textin - Im so glad you are on here now cos I can tell you so much more than textin - and you know me - I never shut up........ and last night forgat to charge phone with everything going on so is charging now

& hope your head feels better..... drink plenty of water and perhaps take some neurofen it helped me when I was ss..... I am pleased totm has arrived for you hon.. although a pain its better rather than hanging around and not knowing when its coming.. I waited 3 months for mine this time.. urghh..
No diet coke just water its so much better and doesnt bloat you..
I used to have 3 diet cokes a day and havent had any since being on cd.... think about it sometimes but kind of want to stay away!!!

Sorry I haven't been on before, manic weekend with inlaws visiting from Australia, but I used to follow your diary on the other forum.... Well done on losing 2.2lb since yesterday, I am going to be really good today and hope that happens to me tomorrow (never has before though so I wont hold my breath).... have a great day out today and I look forward to reading more of your diary...
 
Hello people just thought I would pop on now with having 5 minutes to update my diary as I have a mountain of ironing to do tonight so am hoping to crack it and then I can spend the next few nights reading everyone elses diary - feel awful havent managed to do that yet... Im so interested in all your stories .

Katy and Julie I hope you are still being 100% I am to a fashion my food diary goes like this -

WARNING - not all on plan but still under on cals

Breakfast - Hot choc orange made with 240mls hot milk and 250mls hot water (9 a.m.)

Snack - 2 party ring biscuits

Lunch - Hot choc orange made up same as morning (1 p.m.) 2 hard boiled eggs, packet of walkers baked salt and vinegar crisps

Tea (4.00) - char grilled chicken low fat oven chips and beans with the kids - all was measured out had 100g of chips and 50g of beans

Drinks wise have only managed a cup of tea and 500ml of water so really need to glug tonight and I can definitely tell as I have only been to the loo once today.

So have calorie counted everything and it has totted up to 1200 cals so far so have 300 left now for my yoghurt and fruit later when Im ironing will need somet to keep me going as I regularly lose the will to live when ironing, but also it will help go towards my 5 a day as you can probably all tell my diet is severely lacking in nutrition!!!!!!!!!!!!! apart from cd shakes and milk.

This has always been my problem - I dont have the craving for nutrition unfortunately and if I could live on crap I would and if crap wasnt calorie filled I would be as skinny as Kate Moss LOL!

So this a food diary NOT TO FOLLOW, but is a reminder to me that I NEED to eat alot more healthily, but at least I have had my 3 meals and only 1 snack in-between as I would traditionally graze all day and there would be alot more chocolate and biscuits in there.

I have also proved to myself today that I can stick to it as yesterday I wasnt angelic but alot worse than today.

So here's to tomorrow being better than today food wise and in a few months my food diary will be alot better and there will be fruit and veg for at least 2 out of the 3 meals if not in all of them.

I just need to take baby steps and I will get there and not be in such a rush which I always am impatient is my middle name and I am a pleasure seeker aswell for instant gratification and dont think of the long term consequences -Its always I want it now so Im going to have it - so Im having to learn the pause technique and really question do I want it rather than mindlessly eating it.
