I rejoined my local class yesterday and today is a new start, I have put two stone on since last summer but i am still one stone lighter than this time last year so haven't put it all back on, so at least that's something! I want to lose at least 2 1/2 stone in time for my holiday in September, more would be a bonus.

So I will begin by writing my diary here every day starting today, so I am wishing myself luck, here's to a new me!!!!!!

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast - Forest Fruits with 0% Total yogurt with a drizzle of honey - 2 syns

Dinner - Omlette made with 3 eggs, bacon, mushrooms, spring onions and tomatoes with 42g of Cathedral City Light on top (HEA)

Tea - Roast chicken, roast potatoes (done with Frylight) carrots, peas and gravy 5 syns

Plus 100mls milk for coffee 2 1/2 syns

Total syns for the day - 9 1/2

HEA - 42g Cathedral City Light
HEA - 250ml semi skimmed milk
HEB - 35g All Bran
HEB - ??

Breakfast - All Bran with banana and some of milk allowance

Dinner - Chicken, cottage cheese, salad and 3 Ryvita crackerbreads which I believe are 1 syn each followed by Forest Fruits with 0% greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey 2 ysns

Snacks - Two satsumars and grapes

Tea - Spaghetti bol made with LOADS of veg with more salad and pasta (6 syns)

Syns - 11 so far

HEB - Kellogs Fibre Plus bar

Breakfast - Just a banana (running late for the dentist!)

Dinner - Left over spag bol from last night (no pasta) with a large salad

Tea - Braising steak with potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage and brocolli (2 syns) followed by 0% total yogurt, forest fruits and drizzle of honey (1 syn)

Snacks - grapes and a glass of wine (8 syns)

Total syns - 11

Breakfast - 2 egg omellete with bacon, mushrooms, spring onions and tomatoes with Cathedral City Light (31/2 syns) on top

Dinner - Beans on toast followed by fruit salad

Tea - Went off the rails completely - Chinese chicken chow mein (7 syns) followed by two glasses of wine (16 syns) and a Kellogs fibre plus bar (6 syns) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Syns today - 32 1/2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast - Activa fat free cherry yogurt followed by banana

Dinner - Roast chicken, roast potatoes done in Frylight, carrots, cabbage, broccoli and peas with gravy (2 syns)

Tea - Maggi garlic chicken (2 syns) with salad

Snack - Weetabix

Total syns for the day - 2 (trying to make up for last night)

Dinner - Smoked haddock with a large salad with a drizzle of low fat salad cream (1 syn)

Snack - 3 pieces Maggi chicken thigh (2 1/2 syns)

Tea - Salmon with Salad and a drizzle of low fat salad cream (1 syn)

Vodka, slimline ginger with ice and wedge of lime (25 ml 2 1/2 syns)

Total syns 7

Tea - Chicken Stir Fry with lots of beansprouts ,carrots, onions, cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger with noodles.

snack - 2 meringue nests (5 syns)

Tea - Omelette with bacon, mushrooms, spring onions, tomatoes with cheese on top

Vodka and diet ginger ale with wedge of lime (4 syns)

2 mini eggs (1 1/2 syns)

Total syns for the day - 12 1/2

Weigh in day for me and I have lost another to 2 1/2 lbs, thats 6lbs in two weeks!!!!!!

followed by strawberries and Rachel's Low Fat yogurt (2 syns)
