I've got the weepies. I keep crying all the time. I had a presentation today and was up all last night finishing another assignment. I was really stressed this morning as I'm usually awful at presentations, I can't talk properly from nerves. Anyway, someone gave me some valium! Awesome stuff, my presentation went really well. Finished off an assignment, had 40 minutes at home before my driving lesson. Driving makes me so stressed, it's hard and I hate it! Had 2 hours of doing roundabouts. So now my eyes are like a dripping tap, won't stop!
I'm not pointing properly yet, easing back into it. I've lost about a pound already though now I've stopped scoffing Yesterday I had a college trip which involved a nice long beach walk. I got sun/wind burnt though, ouch. Anyway I had a slimfast (3.5) for breakfast and 6 mini sausages (3) for a snack. We had a lunch at a pub and I went for a bacon and brie baguette.. not the best choice I know but I didn't have chips! I never get sandwiches or anything without chips! No idea as to the points, I guess 10 maybe. For dinner had a kebab (10). So over, but not really over maintanence and had a walk.
I think I'm going to continue watching what I eat until my shop comes in and start pointing properly. Didn't do too well today, had 4 biscuits for breakfast, a slimfast for lunch and then I didn't want my stomach to rumble while driving so had a multipack of doritos and a mini pack of butterkist popcorn. Having a subway for dinner. Can't wait for my cupboards to be stocked up again, so much easier!
Have a college BBQ tomorrow as we're nearly finished. It's a 2 year foundation degree and only a few are going on to do the top-up so I probably won't see some people ever again after June. We're having the BBQ then bat watching. Fun No control over what I can eat really.. I'm taking a pasta salad so will make that healthy, just have one burger and side stuff.
Ok, deadline of Saturday for correct pointing at the latest! Probably Friday though.
Weight on the scales yesterday: 12 stone 7lb. 1lb off what I started in September Will do a weigh in on Monday to get back into it.
