Happy December!!!!
Haha love the KFC love
I had the boneless bucket so not the naughtiest
we have them fairly often unfortunately ....
Weekend was lovely - prosecco and pizza with my friend Friday night, christmas market and beer on Saturday, and saw James mum and went to a temple spa party last night. It's been really good
Bought a piece of art at the Christmas Market that actually made me cry. It was a set of three and they were set in Sheffield - the first is called 'the meet' where you see the couple meeting by the fountains in Sheffield (tiny little people big scene), then 'the date' where they eat by our indoor garden, then 'the goodbye' where they say goodbye at the station. We bought the last one - the one that made me cry. Sheffield station was my first ever glimpse of Sheffield and I knew I would go to uni there at that point, then I've had to say goodbye to my parents there when they've visited but also james as we didn't know at first whether it would last as we had to do long distance at the start. Soppy I know but I love art that means something to you and it's really the only piece I have ever bought as my grandad was an artist and did some wonderful paintings and charcoals.
I weighed in Sat morning to see the damage and 9.12! Happy days! Bootcamp does its tricks
Mainly back on it today bar lunch being a bit naughty.
B - Melon, banana and satsuma
L - French baguette with spinach goats cheese homous and palma ham and salami. A few mini cheese things and some pickled onions.
S - Mixed nuts, satsuma, pre gym banana. Post gym protein shake.
D - Smoked cod loin with kale; broccoli and carrots
Anyone put their tree up yet? James is a stickler for tradition and won't put his up until 12 days before Christmas but I might push for next Sunday
