Sounds like you killed it at the gym last night! I'm still on 2kg weights until my physio gives me the ok for my shoulder. It's good that you're not getting any cravings, I think I'd want some pasta before long! KFC style turkey sounds great.

I think because you 100% can't that really helps? Definitely don't strain yourself, plus low weights are good for toning i think? xxxx

I was going to do a similar recipe on Saturday. Chicken breast rolled In garlic and ginger powder and crushed cashews. Interesting!
 
Think I've got a craving for parsnips now. Will have to add some to the shopping list for next week!

Hello ladies :) Sorry it has been a very busy morning

I did my 60 squats last night but didn't bother with the gym - good job too as my glutes ache today! Gym tonight so going to do something very similar to Tuesday but up the reps and/or weights, maybe do a bit more cardio as well!

Eats for today:
B - 2 boiled eggs (P) pistachios (F) did have mackerel but really didn't fancy it
L - Ground almond covered turkey (P) with jacket potato and veggies (V)
Pre-Gym snack - banana and almond butter (P)
Post-Gym snack - small tin of tuna
D - turkey dish with sweet potato topping! (dish TBC)

Have a good day ladies will get on and catch up when I can xxxx
 
I wouldn't mind having you as a gym buddy! Ha, I don't have a clue when it comes to weights etc, I end up just sticking to cardio.

I'd love you as a running buddy! Haha. I'm the opposite I do lots of weight things and not enough cardio. Going to do a cardio gym session tonight though xx

Thanks darling :) the basic principles are: no refined carbs (pasta, rice, bread), no dairy, no legumes, no alcohol, nothing with added sugar, nothing 'naughty'(like cake lol). It's a very strict paleo and you reintroduce food groups gradually after 30 days to see how they effect your body. It also encourages no more than 2 fruit portions a day and 3 meals rather than snacking. It's easier than it sounds just a bit time consuming but I think all clean eating is xxxx.

Haha funny you should say that as my friend did my last bit of circuit with me last night and I don't allow slack ;) you can tell someone isn't working hard enough when they can talk! xxxx
 
Hello lovelies - gym session was fab again, really enjoyed it. Going tonight and going to do some cardio though and burn some calories!

I threw together dinner last night - turkey mince, chopped toms, kale, peppers, green beans, cashews and lots of spice! Was delish!

Eats today are a bit unorganised as was tired last night and fed up of eggs for brekkie!
B: Banana and almond butter
L: Jacket with tuna, salad, pistachios
Pre-gym: banana and almond butter
D: Fajita bowl

Shouldn't harm though with the exercise last night :)

Feeling a bit bloated but I've read that you can feel like that for a few days so hoping it goes away as its a bit demotivating

Haha I can definitely imagine you shouting the orders and allowing no slacking! :)
The rules you set out for the whole30 in the post to Jade sound so strict...but then I read your food and it just sounds delish! So much better to concentrate on the things you ARE allowed instead of the things you're not, right?! :)
Hope that bloat decides to bloat off soon! What are you and James up to this weekend?! Xx
